Property was really well maintained, breakfasts was good, room service was done by request but that was ok. Only negative is the pool is filty dirty we stayed 5 nights and was not cleaned once. But the location is perfect and you have everything near.

Terrible el servicio de limpieza en la habitación. No arreglaban toda la habitación, solo parte, no dejaban todas las toallas, no recogían las toallas usadas. Muy mal servicio de limpieza

The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had.

The location It was overcrowded throughout the property, including the pool and lobby. It was extremely loud in the front lobby due to an entire family hanging out in the lobby and trashing the lobby. It was extremely loud that I was having a hard time hearing the staff when I was checking in. There were kids running down the hallway from the early morning to late at night, multiple customers complaint about the noise and staff had to walk upstairs to address the situation. The room was not clean and had to run downstairs to get clean sheets from the front desk when I realized there was old food on the bed.

Exceptional

We had a super spacious room with a comfortable bed & bedding. My partner liked the duvet- wasn’t heavy just right. Downside is tv didn’t move enough to be able to watch tv in bed. Good breakfast. Bar was priced reasonably well. My big issue was both nights of our stay were kids running up & down the hallway and screaming & yelling from 9-11 pm.

Great location, good coffee, gym open 24 hours, outdoor pool open late and opens early. Quiet rooms, clean lobby, room cleaning service, good price, plenty of parking. The breakfast is not great, it's pretty simple and basic. The pool area was not cleaned, there were beer bottles and spilled food left after the I saw the cleaning staff. The pool water itself was also cloudy.

Pretty much what I expected. Clean rooms, decent Continental breakfast. Clean and quiet.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Great location there’s a shopping mall right across, and lots of choices to eat around nearby

Close to everything, and if you’re on the 2nd floor, the gym and pool is right there. Can’t pass them amenities. My room was fine til I got to the bathroom. Blonde hair in shower on the soap holder, dirty at bottom of shower, glass cups had a smear or something on it and last but not least the floor was dirty. ? And I loved this place up until this recent stay. Then I asked for towels for pool area because they were out, it took them 20min to come down with towels. So I sat in heat waiting for them because I wasn’t getting in pool without reassurance of towels nearby. Was totally disappointed.
