Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Downey

Me cobraron la reservación con anticipación tres meses antes de mi Reservación. El día que llego me dicen que como llego a la media noche me cancelaron mi resección que me van a reembolsar el total de la reservación y hasta el día de hoy Agosto 7 ,2026 no me han reembolsado ni un dollar. Y la molestia que pase toda la noche buscando una habitación para mi familia fue un horror.

I would not recommend staying here. The front desk employees were not kind nor accommodating when we tried checking in. Our room was not ready on time, and they didn’t even try to update us on when it would be ready. We only had housekeeping once during our 6 day stay, even though we asked for it multiple times. And when we did have housekeeping come that one time they only made the beds and gave us new towels(2 full sized for a family of 5). We called three times during our stay to receive more towels and they would take an hour or more to deliver them. It was a great area where the hotel is located but the front desk employees were the worst of the worst.

Location

Room was liking water from the ceiling kitchenette, bathroom had mold, bedroom was outdated for the price i expected more than the cheaper ones on the area. To top it of I call the reception and ask for another set of bed sheets, and i never got them.

This property was disappointing and is in need of repairs/updates. The room was dark, despite 10 lamps in the rooms, but was dismal overall. The curtains were broken, the toilet paper holder was broken and it was not an overly clean room overall. For the amount of money each rooms costs, it was a huge disappointment

Don't use a 3rd party (ie. Expedia) because they will cancel you without details or letting you know.

Clean room and bathroom

Horrible service while staying at this hotel. Checked in at 4 and had to wait over an hour for our room. When we finally got our room it had a very strong smoke smell. The front desk had no sense of urgency in getting me another room. We stayed in our car until the next available room was ready. The pool was also closed so we couldn’t even hang out there. The bed frame was extremely dusty and dirty as well. I will never be staying here again they definitely need to upgrade these rooms.

Our room was clean and breakfast was delicious. There is a cook making omelets. Our stay was very enjoyable. The only problem was that there was no body wash. It appeared to have been ripped off the bathroom wall. There was an empty space in between the shampoo and conditioner with glue residue. Also one of the elevators were not working. We went during the week so it wasn’t too bad waiting for an elevator. There were three others.

We absolutely love this hotel. This is where we come to all the time. We love the made to order omelets. The food is good. The indoor pool is awesome as well, with adult only hours 9pm to midnight. Family friendly atmosphere.

Clean room and bathroom and clean good

We stayed there for 3 nights for an event. The hotel was okay but can use an uplift overall. Bathroom was quite small and the bath clogged and would fill in with water at every shower. I didn’t like that parking was not free at this location, this is not downtown. Breakfast was okay. Staff were nice and friendly. We liked the evening complimentary drinks. Location is nice and close to many stores and restaurants.

The bathroom shower head had no pressure. Enjoyed the reception and location .

Property overall was clean and staff was professional.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO GET ME A ROOM AND I WAS LATE TO MY CONCERT BECAUSE OF THEM AND THEN THEY DOWN GRADED ME FROM THE ORIGINAL ROOM I HAD. DO NOT COME HERE.

It's not the property. It's the fact that when we checked in they did not have a reservation. The only reason we got a room was because I had the confirmation number. It's Expedia that I have a problem with. The second thing is that we rented a car through Expedia and when we arrived in Napa, there was no car available and the clerk was so rude. Obviously we were very upset to be sitting there with no car and were on a time-frame. That was the worse experience we've had and I can't believe these were with the last two transactions we had with Expedia. I don't trust you guys anymore.
