Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Downey

Construction everywhere not clean staff seems like they hate working there. I will not come back!

Our stay at the Embassy Suites in Downey was fantastic. Close to restaurants and everything you need! The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again!

Horrible. Be aware they do not have air conditioning in the hallways and it is hot. No parking spots but charge you twenty dollars a night. Pool was closed half of the visit.

It was a really great place to stay. Very convenient for being fairly close to universal studios. 20 minutes away. Breakfast was great and the happy hour was a nice bonus with options for non alcoholic drinkers.

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant had awesome flatbread pizza. Great stay! I travel to Downey periodically for work and will definitely stay here again.

Room smell Drainage

Do not plan to return here again.

They gave me a room that was non smoking but people partied in it and it did not get cleaned well taking a shower and get out to change my feet were black again from how dirty it was. I told the staff they said we will change your room ended up the same no one came to bring us towels or my baby the play pen was not a good experience. Will never book there again.

The staff was great helpful and friendly. The room was great and location was good for what we needed. The hotel itself had some issues. The hot tub is supposedly being repaired but we never saw anyone working on it. Two of the four elevators in the whole place were broken, one broke a few days after we got there.

The location was great, and the breakfast was good—especially the omelets. The cleaning service was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Housekeeping would come to change the towels but often did not clean the room. We requested body wash several times, but it was never refilled. Additionally, the elevators in the back building were out of service for our entire stay, which was very inconvenient.

Will definitely be back, the breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean nice ambience.
