We noticed the bathroom door was very hard to close. The air conditioner made some noise one or two hrs after turning on.

We were in town for a sporting event at Cerritos College. Best Western was in a very convenient location to the college and to the freeways. There are lots of restaurants all around. We enjoyed the pool area every evening - it was simple but a nice little oasis. Breakfast was great - several options to fill us up in the morning. The rooms were a good size, clean, and cool in the summer. Quite a bit of road noise (but not loud enough to disturb sleep)... can't help that given the urban location. This is a very good value for the area and would stay here again.

We stayed at this location because it is close to Cerritos College, where the USATF Junior Olympic events were held this year. When we arrived at 3:30 p.m. for check-in, it took the staff 45 minutes to complete the process. By the time we reached our room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet, so we had to wait another hour in the lobby. The location is also a bit noisy due to nearby road construction, a rail track, and public announcements from nearby businesses.

Location was good, but the road work right next to it and the road workers taking up the parking made it really worse. Cleanliness, Smell in the lobby was not good. This is definitely not a family friendly place in my opinion. It is definitely not an Excellent rated hotel with 8.6 -8.7 rating.

Kept asking for clean towels never got them , my daughter even when to the laundry room and the maintenance guy said I don’t do that you gotta wait never got the towels

Breakfast and room service was great. Room Facilities, Micro-oven could have helped a bit. Also the refrigerator is bit old model.
