Do not stay unless you want bed bugs. Room 211 was reported, after staying 3 night. Wanted to speak to the manager but was not able to get ahold of the manager when I called, left my contact info nor did that person call.

the rooms are clean, the tile floor in restrooms are spotless, wood flooring immaculate. basic room made me feel right at home. wide screen television , ac works, i have stayed now 6 times

I felt safe, the staff was very friendly and helpful, cold AC couldnt ask for more

Staff was pretty helpful- I needed an iron and toilet paper, whiçh they provided me with when I asked. Stayed for several days. A potential negative for individuals who do not like insects is that I spotted at least one roach in the room. I did not complain. The lights and the fridge worked fine. The water pressure in the bathroom tub was also fine and the toilet never got clogged. A major positive is that all the guests appeared to respect the non-smoking policy indoors. Overall, a good deal for the price.

It’s a dirty place with cockroaches and the sheets aren’t entirely clean I saw hair under the pillows, the staff are nice people but they should be more conscientious about the cleanliness of the place.

honestly this was the worst place I have ever stayed. What was supposed to be a non-smoking room REAKED of cigarettes. The walls were absolutely disgusting. The bath tub knob was broken and fell off. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close or lock. Towels and bedding stained. The fridge was dirty. The walls are SUPER thin, you can hear everything happening in other rooms. I kept having to go to the front office every night because my keycard as not working. And to top it off a woman from the front office came pounding on my door in the morning, a day before i was supposed to check out yelling “it’s check out time”. Please save yourself the trouble and stay else where.

Room is spacious. But tower is not good enough

Unfortunately we had to walk out. It was so terrible but the lady in the front was so nice and understood. Walls, doors, showers etc were very dirty, markers on the walls, hole in the walls and a roach. Never stepped in a hotel like that before, wasn’t a room anyone should’ve ever stay in. Got another room but the other one wasn’t the best either. We were just so disgusted we had to walk out and ask for a refund. Thankfully we did! Don’t put people in a room when it looks that bad.

Not a place that makes you feel very unwelcomed

Had to deal with roaches, bed bugs, and cigarette burns in all the furniture. We came in at 1:30 in the morning to roaches in all our things. Office staff was not helpful whatsoever about it and showed no remorse or sympathy

The lady at the front desk was very rude and was tossing the paperwork and receipts and anything she needed to return to me. The property was dirty and had a bunch of people roaming. The room was a no smoking room yet it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom door had no hinges so I had to lift the door if I needed it closed or opened.

Decent stay, takes a while for the hot water in the shower to heat up like 10-15 min. Neighborhood is sketchy.

There’s no hot water, the bathroom door it was broken no lock, the door was touching the floor hard to open and close

CHECK IN WAS DIFFICULT,LANGUAGE BARRIER..IT SAID ROOM WAS UPGRADED? DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT ON TOP OF BEING A RUN DOWN PLACE TO STAY THEY STILL ASKFOR A DEPOSIT?WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY.

Room was bug infested. bed sheet were stained. Otherwise spacious room and good air conditioning.

Place was full of roaches, it looks like it wasn’t even cleaned, pillows full of stains, restroom smelled like pee.
