I can’t complain,,,,, everything was perfep

The bed was comfortable, the location was very close to where we needed to be. The water was hot but cleanliness was okay. One small bar of soap, peeling paint. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Lovely motel, staff is kind, the facility is clean, and the housekeeper is the absolute best. Never needed for anything, as they were on top of everything. I was even able to bring my cat. And all accommodations were mer and exceeded. Definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re in the norwalk Area

They need to upgrade. It just doesn’t feel safe there. Safety was my concern. It was somebody working on the car outside. It was just like a weird vibe.

No hot water, wall has holes, curtain has suspicious stains, and rude service. Positives : door locks and beds are comfy

It is a clean fresh room. Been there a couple of times this month. Been great all the times.

I checked in here for 2 nights during the evacuation in garden grove because most hotels in oc were booked or over priced. Upon arrival the place looked worn down and dingy. The room had lots of small roaches. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. The toilet seat was missing a screw so the whole thing would move. The refrigerator leaked water. There was graffiti on the wall. The people upstairs made loud noise 24/7. The office could not, or would not move me. Overall if I could give zero stars I would. This place is even way over priced for what it offers..

It smelled like the room was cleaned. Meth pipe burns on the bathroom counter. Ice machine didn't work. Front desk worker spoke no English and tried to deny us reservation. Bathroom had no rack to hang towels or even toilet paper which was left on the floor. Trash can was used as a water catch under bathroom sink. Tweekers all around the area of the hotel.

Good at first, bad now. They keep giving me a room with no TV, and it has roaches.

Been going here awhile. At first the rooms were clean. Now they give me the room with roaches and the TV doesn't work. Also the ac doesn't work either.

I've gotten room 114 and the air conditioner didn't work.

Lovely motel. Quiet, clean and big spacious bed. Staff and cleaning service are kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend if staying in the norwalk area
