The owners wife was friendly. Room was big, found one roach on the first night but that was it. The flooring needs to cleaned deep cleaned. Bathroom was very neat which was a plus for me. Next door had the tv on blast and playing loud music early in the morning which I didn't like, other than the small things noted it was an ok stay.
