Hotel Saddleback Los Angeles - Norwalk

Staff was great and very helpful. Great location close to Disneyland but not so close that you have to pay the high prices. I worked at the Anaheim convention center and it was a 15 minute drive to work every day. It was perfect.

This property is infested with roaches. They were everywhere baby roaches, big roaches. It was horrible. It was extremely traumatizing. We were offered a full refund however, the manager of the property did not make it a priority to get back to us before his end of day. It was not organized at all. They said, because I booked you a third-party I will get refunded by them, however, the third-party said that they are the property that charge my card. However, the property itself cannot do anything so it’s very verystressful. I will not advise anybody who has a clean house to stay here property is very outdated and considering my situation, not helpful and not reliable.

Photos of the hotel were misleading, place was run down. It is an older hotel and for its price it's okay. Our room had no mini fridge but had a giant opening where it should be with wires running behind it. The bathroom near our toilet had an unpleasant smell and the towels had lots of fuzzies that ended up ruining my shirt when I placed my shirt on them, didn't have a lint roller but the amount of fuzzy was insane from the towels. Would book again? Probably not unless I really needed to. Place just really needs a shaping up and change it's photos that are listed on the location because they don't really match.

I was given a room with a non working AC. But I checked in at midnight so I didn’t know whether I would be given a different room at that time(closing time) so we slept in the run down, swampy room. The following day I asked for a different room and the receptionist gave us a good room. Ac was good, beds were okay. And the pool was awesome

The front desk staff was very nice and super helpful but I left and went to a different hotel due to the room having roaches, alive and dead

The room is absolutely disgusting. When you get there you won’t have any towels in your room. You will have to call for towels. If you go to the pool you’ll have to call for them to bring you towels if they bring you towels you’re lucky the manager is always there, walking around he’s the towel guy too … very nosy always walking around smoking cigarettes looking at people girls in particular felt very watched there never again !!

Hotel didn't have microwave and refrigerator °°°°°°° It's sad.

I was very excited to stay here knowing one of my favorite movies was filmed here”National Lampoons Vacation” but was very let down the first room we had had no TV remote so I was not able to watch TV in there, switched to the second room and that room was worse exposed flooring very unsafe for bare feet tv had horrible resolution, and the A/C was super loud unable to get a goods note rest and barley working, on my third switch room was on a third floor with no working elevator this room had non working outlets and non working lamps and full cable was not functioning on tv only 5 channels available luckily I have a iPad and iPhone. And before I checked out a housekeeper was very rude to me before my checkout time trying to pressure us to vacate the room way before check out. All and all would not recommend this hotel it’s not in a safe area for kids or single older adults and security is much needed at note a lot of sketchy people lurking around dark parts of the hotel. It looked great in 1982 when the movie was filmed there but has lost its character and charm. Save your time and money and look elsewhere this is a honest genuine review.

House keeping amazing women fast ,good,friendly,and always have a smile thank all of you ladies. Front desk excellent customer service, they were ontop with high priority. Excellent management. My Husband and I have found our new FAVORITE place to stay.
