DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Norwalk

The hotel could definitely use some updates, but the location and staff were both great. I felt safe there with my kids. I wasn't really out that late, but there's supposed to be security in the parking lot at night. A sheriff's substation is also close.

Hotel was fantastic and we felt at home

Our stay was awesome, clean staff and friendly staff

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel didn't match my expectations. The carpets throughout the hotel appeared very old and dirty. After our first night, we were itchy and scratching all night, which made us uncomfortable enough to check out a day early. We had hoped to receive a refund for the unused night, but I'm not very optimistic about that. We ended up moving to the Hyatt OC for the remainder of our trip, and we're glad we made that decision. I wish the property's cleanliness had matched its online photos and reviews. While the staff provided good service, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing enough that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The room was decent enough. It was a little outdated and needed some TLC. Bed was comfortable.

It was hard to get information if breakfast was included. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

It was easy to check in and out staff was so helpful !

Loved the experience, however I just wish the checkout time was a little bit later in the day like 1pm.

Overall it was nice.

Property is always kept clean and very convenient to meet up with friends socially at local eateries. Comfortable beds & quiet hallways always helps us rest after a long day.

Have the rooms smell better

Do better Hilton, you can afford a cup of coffee for literally everyone paying 200 a night per room

Nice place to crash

I walked in and was not acknowledged. About 4 minutes goes by as the young lady at the desk didn’t say one word. However it was a couple on the other side figure out something, the staff could have said I will be with you, but said absolutely nothing. A gentleman came in from outside most likely from his break acknowledged me right away and check me in. As I walked to the elevator it was very obvious the facility is old and not really well kept. I get to the room and the carpet was filthy, the bathroom towels had stains, it was almost midnight so I slept on top on the comforter, left at 5:30am called about noon to let them know I was checking out and would not be returning. I would never stay here again! If you’re coming this July 2026 for the Junior Olympics stay somewhere else.
