Nice place to crash

Location was good Bathroom exhaust fan was not working, window doesn’t open, carpet was dirty

I walked in and was not acknowledged. About 4 minutes goes by as the young lady at the desk didn’t say one word. However it was a couple on the other side figure out something, the staff could have said I will be with you, but said absolutely nothing. A gentleman came in from outside most likely from his break acknowledged me right away and check me in. As I walked to the elevator it was very obvious the facility is old and not really well kept. I get to the room and the carpet was filthy, the bathroom towels had stains, it was almost midnight so I slept on top on the comforter, left at 5:30am called about noon to let them know I was checking out and would not be returning. I would never stay here again! If you’re coming this July 2026 for the Junior Olympics stay somewhere else.

Nothing My room was dirty had a bad smell and had toilet plumbing issues. I booked my room to study for a medical exam and I regret going there. I should’ve stayed at my home that is clean. I have kids and I needed to study so that’s why I put the room. I regretted that decision.

Be carful check you credit card statement I was charged 16.58 for no reason after I prepaid. Customer service suck hard time getting a real person on the line

I was over charged

There is complimentary parking, which was great. The room was well kept with minimum cleanliness issues, such as the tub having ring marks and one side of the bed closest to the A/C just needed a quick vacuum. The elevators up to the room need a bit more care, as there was lifted carpet and many stains on the wall.

the room was very comfortable .. we did not have breakfast.. was clean and we enjoyed our stay.. loved the cookies!! the fact that we did not have a kettle in the room. also the fact that we had to get the water bottles from reception instead of them being left in the room.

Aging furniture, at least 2 drawers that don't fully close, shower doors that don't keep the water in, hot water that doesn't show up until at least 5 minutes in the middle of the day, Keurig machine that doesn't work. Not good at all. Do better.

It’s located close to everything and it feels very safe. Parking lot needs a little work.

Ive stayed here before no problem but the bed we had today was hard and uncomfortable. Room 303.

Rooms are dated but ok. Safe part of town. Close to theme parks about a 20 minute drive.

Ok location. Safe area. A bit dated.
