Roaches stairways need to be power wash.

Staff is rude! Told me I had no reservation when I got there, showed them my confirmation, then told me told me that they cancelled it because it was late. Check in is at 3:00pm and this was at 6:00pm and the confirmation said I had until midnight to check in. All of a sudden there was a reservation. I booked an ada room on the first floor. Was told NO must take the room on the second floor. How can a person that can hardly walk using a walker. She called the manger. When he came, he was yelling at me that I had to take that room. Told him to stop yelling at me. He then told me I no longer have a reservation and told me to get off the property. Very rude!!! Does not even deserve the 6.6 rating. Rating should be less than 1.0

Pedro was the best manintence cleaning man ever! He needs a raise. Super friendly and kind.

It was close to Cerritos College where I attended the USATF Track and Field Junior Olympics. I live about an hour from this location, but I couldn't risk getting trapped iin traffic both mornings, so I decided to get a motel. The stairs to the second floor. They were very steep and I have bad knees.

This place is roach infested. Horrible we didn't even stay

It was the right area, my daughter had a track meet so the area was perfect.

The location Roaches were everywhere!!!!! We had no other place to go because we checked in late. We had to immediately take our luggage back to the car in fear of bringing roaches home. We ran the shower to wash all the roaches down the drain so we would feel comfortable using the restroom, but they kept coming back. We killed as many as we could so we could sleep half way comfortably. We tossed all pillows that were stained and shook out the sheets and slept with the lights on in our clothes and shoes to not draw any more critters out. At 1st light we were OUT. Gave key back and told the lady attendant and she confirmed and brushed us off that she already knew of the roaches.

Location was good for my needs Infested with roaches, no parking accommodations for my trailer anywhere in the area ….. all in all just a horrible evening

The place was infested with roaches crawling on my face. It was disgusting and very disappointed no matter how much help I try to get nobody never helped me. I had two bookings one was canceled and I’m still getting charged for it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had cockroaches which made me feel dirty and unsanitary finding bugs in the room was unacceptable and made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from this hotel. I hope management addresses this issue to future guest don’t have the same experiences . While sleeping I had some crawling on my face. My daughter got a rash on her face and back. NOT CLEAN at all. Very disappointed.
