Roaches

Nothing. Lack of customer service, no employee would come to the window for us to check in. Although the reservation was paid in full for 4 nights, we were unable to check in and then the entire booking was canceled. No employee answers the phone, and unable to leave a voice message. Still have not received our refund.

Pleasant

Roaches stairways need to be power wash.

Staff is rude! Told me I had no reservation when I got there, showed them my confirmation, then told me told me that they cancelled it because it was late. Check in is at 3:00pm and this was at 6:00pm and the confirmation said I had until midnight to check in. All of a sudden there was a reservation. I booked an ada room on the first floor. Was told NO must take the room on the second floor. How can a person that can hardly walk using a walker. She called the manger. When he came, he was yelling at me that I had to take that room. Told him to stop yelling at me. He then told me I no longer have a reservation and told me to get off the property. Very rude!!! Does not even deserve the 6.6 rating. Rating should be less than 1.0

Pedro was the best manintence cleaning man ever! He needs a raise. Super friendly and kind.

Passable

It was close to Cerritos College where I attended the USATF Track and Field Junior Olympics. I live about an hour from this location, but I couldn't risk getting trapped iin traffic both mornings, so I decided to get a motel. The stairs to the second floor. They were very steep and I have bad knees.
