Studio Inn and Suites at Promenade Downey

One thing I look forward to is the appliances of the room I book. The blow dryer in the room did not work and when I called front desk, they were not able to help me and it seemed as though they didn’t want to. I was staying there for an event and could not get ready as I was hoping to due to this issue.

I didnt know I had free breakfast. Restroom was very clean. I thought I was going to have vinyl wood flooring and it was carpet

One the dirtiest hotels I've ever been to. Smelled terrible, sheets were stained with god knows which bodily fluids.... Also the area is very sketch. We ended leaving and didn't stay. Couldn't get our money back. Stay away. Dirty carpet and smelled like ass.

Free parking a plus however room is carpeted and smelled, perhaps of dog. AC unit was smelly and full of mold. Bathroom small. Although no pet sign all over, there was a puppy crying and howling all afternoon and night, until I complained at 10pm. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

The room smelled like smoke. The bed was not comfortable. It was not very clean.

The shower was still dirty nothing but hair and it still had dirt from the previous people that was there I was in unit 110 the blankets are very thin so bring your own no YouTube or Netflix on the tv so don’t look for it first and last time there

Price was decent with a pool present. Selected this hotel property because it was listed as non-smoking and also advertised as a good cleanly spot for the price. Unfortunately, that was not the case.. I arrived with my family and five minutes after checking in we notice a fairly large cockroach in front of the door. We were also surprised to enter our room with a smoke smell that was poorly hidden by a lot of air freshener, my autistic child does not like the smell of smoke so when I called the front desk they were unable to give me to another room because they were fully booked and they just offered to spray more air freshener. This was booked through booking.com and when I requested a refund, they told me the property has to accept an email and to this day, they still have not, three days after the initial booking, even after telling me he would get to it. I don’t recommend this property for anyone with a family.
