Great location easy to find and check in was great. The room was very clean and comfortable the only thing was the room a bit stuffy but i was able to turn on the A/C to cool off the room. The staff was very friendly. maybe breakfast can be a bit better

Got to my first room and there was a large box with a fridge in it next to the bed. Got a new room and it smelled bad. This is not really a hotel more of a place that works with the county or government for housing. That’s good that they do it but wished I knew a little more about that before booking. This was not the cheapest either.

Not a thing When I arrived first thing I noticed was men loitering outside, it was around 10:30, then several Police cars were all around the property

First and foremost, the people are fantastic that’s work there. They care about your needs. They’re quick about getting. things that you want and need. They keep the place clean. They’re very attentive to pretty much whatever you need. a When you first are driving there to get to this hotel it’s right off of a very well traveled thorough away.. Once yourpocket passed their driveway. It’s like going into an oasis there’s green all around there’s trees. There’s a place for the dogs to do their business. Go in the back id the building and you’re amazed at how quiet it is especially at night is so quiet. I’m not saying if you go out to the sidewalk on the highway it’s not noisy but once you pass their driveway, it’s quiet. I definitely give them an A+ when it comes to the staff.

Location is convention near the freeway there where the positives stop. When I turned the AC back on it had a weird odor. The hotel employee came into the room and acknowledged that there was a smell from the AC. They told me it was “normal.” They refused to move me because I had already sat on the bed. I reported this within about 1.5 hours of checking in, and they still refused to move saying I had “messed everything up” (was sitting on the bed with my legs under the covers). Overall the whole hotel is very outdate, even the hall way had a smell, it almost smells like a thrift store or convalescence home hard to explain:

People were making noises, we could not sleep.

This room was smelling bad. It looks nice on a picture online with an actual when you walk in I never stayed in those kind of places first time ever I stayed and I will never go back again.

Good place to Stay. Will be visiting again.

I used to be but not so much lately, a world traveler, but I do know what I like, prefer & don't. The Extend Stay in Dublin Ca I wrote before is off a major thoroughfare, but once you cross the driveway and enter the is greenery up to the door, and the outside noise disappears. There are trees about and grsass that appears to muffle the noise. Once you enter the hotel the staff is there for you. Tjhey are so attentivr

The bathroom light didn’t work and the computer system was down around 2am to check in. There was also a roach in the bathroom

Being close to my appointment There were spots that were not fully clean in the bathroom sink & shower. The toilet paper was already previously used

Everything pretty much excellent. The hotel is just off a major highway, (Dublin Boulevard seems like a highway, though), yet, it is pretty quiet. You don’t really hear anything unless you walk out to where the sidewalk is near the highway. At night it’s really quiet. property lost some of their stars from me because, the first time I did a review, the grounds were just pristine. It was pretty good this last week as well except there is a tree near the highway on the property where it looks like somebody raked up all the poop and just left it there for a little over a week, which was surprising me because the week before it was, literally pristine. yesterday, the ground people were doing their business and it’s back to pristine.

solid, budget-friendly hotel. the only immediate room for improvement would be the pillows, which are simply too thin.

The shower connection came off the wall and the faucet was stuck requiring major effort to turn water on the the shower

location was good My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room had an unclean carpet and a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay. Even the washroom fan was not working, which worsened the situation. When I contacted customer support about the pungent smell, they mentioned they didn’t have any room fresheners available, which was surprising and unhelpful. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement. The breakfast as to-go with limited option like - tea/coffee/muffin & chocolate bar.

When I contacted the front desk, I was told that the supplies would not be restocked at any point during my three-night stay. As a result, I had to purchase my own toiletries from a nearby grocery store, which was both inconvenient and wasteful since I only needed them for a short stay and had to discard the unused portions afterward. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poor guest communication and preparation.

Location was quite The pillows were not comfortable but it’s not the end of the world, the hotel still meet my needs.
