Clean place, great customer service, and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay for a family of 6.

So much value for the price point. Definitely will be staying again. Great location & air conditioning was fantastic.

Need better coffee in the rooms, for breakfast if someone was at the bar to make cappuccinos would have been a life saver..

Our room was very musky smelling and one kid has severe allergies to mold. She immediately had a reaction but it was minimal. Overall pretty clean. Staff was incredibly kind!

Staff were nice and friendly. Also, breakfast was good.

Good Breakfast and good food options near the hotel
-
Location. Movie theater. Restaurants. Shopping. All within walking distance Pool was tiny. Breakfast was a bit lackluster
-
All is nice as usual

No Breakfast tea unbelievable Reception staff confused on what should be available Not to the standard I expect from a Hyatt

Furthermore, when I checked out, I asked for an invoice for the payment I had made, but I was told that they could not provide one. I have stayed at many hotels across North America, and this is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel refusing to provide an invoice for a payment. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy while operating, which negatively affected the overall comfort of my stay.

Great hotel clean really good breakfast 👌

Great overall, easy in and out. Breakfast is good, as well. If you don't have a car, you do have to walk a little for food options and there aren't a ton but a decent amount.

Great location! Nice breakfast, friendly staff, amazing rooms, and a really nice property. I stay here for business often. My only feedback: they now have a $10/day charge to park your car in the lot. And they are in a public shopping center with hundreds of free spaces. Other than that, it's a great hotel!

No need to come bring a coffee maker or fix the low AC switch or see a torn carpet This room was a suit and easily five people could sleep with needed privacy Friendly relaxed staff and good breakfast and location fantastic Next to mall and more

Unfortunately, in my experience with Hyatt, it was a soulless corporation that doesn't care about there customers any more than a lip service. We booked this stay months ago through hotels.com. Two weeks before we stayed my grandmother died, and the funeral was the day before our stay 3 states away. We contacted multiple hotels explaining the situation, jumping through any corporate hoops, and all of them provided us a refund. Except this hotel. What did this hotel do? "Sorry for your loss, but you booked through a third party, you have to go through them for a refund." Except hotels.com was the one who sent us directly to Hyatt. I even have an email from hotels.com stating that Hyatt was the one who rejected our refund exception. Is it so nice when you can hide greedy little profits behind a black hole of bureaucratic red-tape black holes? Honestly if they had just owned up to this and said that they were refusing an exception to their cancellation policy, I would have been annoyed, but not upset. But no, they wanted it to not be their fault, and they said their sorry so now their can pat themselves on the back and say they are so caring and kind.

We stay here every time we're in the Bay Area. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is great right near both 580 and 680. Its a keeper!

Very nice clean room. Breakfast could have been better.

Rooms were nice, but could have had a microwave, the nightstands had no electrical outlet to charge my phone. Staff was friendly, professional and kind.

Great location, very friendly staff! Nice, clean rooms and less than a 10minutes drive to the outlets Limited parking on site but the property provides parking permits for $10
