This hotel is absolutely wonderful in the best shopping center in Dublin close to everything. Staff was very helpful with a full breakfast spread every morning at no additional cost. I will definitely stay here for future trips.

Location Bathroom was very difficult to use, not enough room for toilet shower and door in the same space. Fridge barely worked. Elevators didn’t work right and couldn’t handle volume of guests. Pool was not stocked with towels.

We have been staying at the Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton every Labor Day weekend over the past three or four years because we attend the Highland Games. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfasts are great, the rooms are very nice too. We always bring our small dog and she is treated with respect by the staff. There's not much we don't like about this hotel.
