Arturo checked us in on the 4th of July as free a long and exhausting celebration. We needed somewhere to safely sleep and we got that plus a nice & clean room.

It was a good location Very odd shaped hotel. Hard to navigate around. Very rude staff in the morning

Property well maintained. Enough parking. Bar was great. Good location away from traffic and next to a bowling alley!!

The indoor pool except they were still doing maintenance on it. However, we were able to swim as originally they wanted me to let them know an hour in advance before I would want to swim. They did accommodate me once I told him I had an autistic adult child that could not wait The room did not have an ice bucket and when I called they said they don't use ice buckets that I could use the plastic bag provided

The bed is terrible. One side slopes down. I won’t choose it for my travel.

Karla at the restaurant was excellent! I mainly stay at this hotel because of the service she provides after a long day. She's always accommodating and happy. She is a great standard for Holiday Inn.

Staff was great, room was clean. Elevator was not working but it wasn’t bad only had to go to 3rd floor. Early check in was a breeze. Would recommend.

I cancel this reservation within the timeframe they did not cancel and charge me the full price even thru I cancel, we site as well all in the hotel
