Super noisy room. When I checked in I asked if there was a room on the quiet side of the hotel (facing the mall vs highway) and was told first night was booked, but come to the front desk in the morning and will switch after people checked out. Came downstairs in the morning and was told quiet rooms would not be available on night two. Tough to sleep with super loud cars and motorbikes that are modified even with earplugs. Disappointed with the service. Gym had no water or supplies to wipe down the equipment. It’s a nice gym overall. Biggest issue is the highway noise and disappointing lack of help and inconsistent help.

The hand mark on the wall looks creepy. One of the front desk staff female seems racism/not friendly to Asian. She is so friendly to other a lady who was just walked behind me and said have a good day to her and big smile, but when I say good morning to her, she has poker face to me?

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful space and the breakfast was very good I had booked a king room that was upgraded to king mountain view. Instead I got a double queen room right next to a very noisy highway. I was unable to sleep all night and was only able to switch rooms the next day. The property mentioned they would take off the price for the first night but So far I haven’t seen a refund. They did offer me a comped breakfast.
