The bathroom was not clean. Staff was rude. Coffee pot in room did not work. There was no water for a Hilton honors member. There was no refrigerator in the room. Its been some time since I'e had such a bad experience at a Hilton hotel.

Hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Felt like a high end hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. It was next door to the casino, with a walk way connecting the hotel and casino. Had no complaints

The facility is beautiful We had to wait for our room. We were there after our designated time and still had to wait more than an hour

The arcade had a mini bowling alley and axe throwing room along with arcade games the kids and adults both had fun restaurant and coffee shops access to pool at adjacent hotel all accessible thru indoor pathways and the Casino you basically don’t have to leave the resort for anything but outdoor activities in nearby Dubuque

It was beautiful and clean but they don’t clean out room which we stayed 2 nights. We had to call down they apologize and brought towels

Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different person made our drinks and it was not the same. Pastries were not that good. But they had a nice, large seating area and board games. The gym was also nice. It had enough equipment for a good workout. We did have an uncomfortable experience with a housekeeper who seemed to be lurking and watching through the glass door. This is about a 30min drive to downtown Galena. Would be nice if they had chargers for electric vehicles.
