Staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful. Insisted that my elderly mother would not have to walk up stairs; switched rooms to a first floor suite (upgraded room). We appreciated the consideration.

probably one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had in a long time. the humidity in the room was insane. everything felt wet and cold, could not sleep and left at 5:30 in the morning because of that. must be a moisture issue on the property because there is a dehumidifier running in the hallway.

The room was clean. I checked out a day early with proper notice but did not get a credit back for the last day. I tried to adjust the schedule via the BOOKINGS.com website but could not make the adjustment. The room was darker than I would have liked and the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. There was a small coffee maker in the room but nowhere to plug it in. I was not aware when booking that I would have to carry my luggage up a set of stairs.

Very clean, with an excellent breakfast. We stayed in two rooms on our trip in two different towns. This was by far the nicest and best value! We even directed friends to stay there who were traveling through the next day. They were also impressed. Very well run.

I was in town for the Field of Dreams game. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was offered, and there was a fitness room for guest use. My room was very spacious which was a great bonus. I appreciate that the hotel is conveniently located near the highway for smooth travel. There’s a Casey’s gas station nearby. The AC in my room wasn’t working. Luckily it wasn’t too hot and I only stayed one night. Therefore, I wasn’t uncomfortable. Because the Field of Dreams game was going on, the price for the one night stay was kind of high. Additionally, when booking this property, take into consideration that there’s no elevator, only stairs.
