A short time after we arrived, there was a sporting team of Young adults in the building and they showered above us without putting the shower curtain in the shower and it leaked into our bathroom. The maintenance was there within a few minutes of my phone call. And we were moved to a new room within 10 to 15 minutes. It was amazing.

Lobby looks nice and renovated. Room was very tired and old. Bathroom door didn’t even shut.

Spacious lobby to read and relax, clean room, uncomplicated temperature control, inexpensive breakfast buffet. This was actually the second place we booked. We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and just wanted a quiet place to stay the night. The first place we booked was so aweful, we decided to leave without knowing if we could get a refund. We were so satisfied with this place that we decided to become members of the IHG program to make sure we get the best hotel for the best price every time.

We paid for accessible room because we had a wheelchair.They did not have that room available so got stuck in regular room.Couldn’t shower because there were no grab bars.Toilet was difficult Couldn’t maneuver the wheelchair because the room was so small

Everything is clean, calm and nice as it should be.

Quintin the bartender at the restaurant was phenomenal. He was closed Saturday nite and opened the bar up for 7 of us and then again on Sunday he was gonna close at 9 and stayed open for us until midnight. We appreciated that so much . He made the stay so much better. The shuttle service was nice to take to casino and bring us back as well. We had our credit card on file for the book g when we arrived they couldn’t find us in the system and we had 2 rooms reserved, finally she found us. We wanted to pay for the room with cash and our card was still on file for incidental fees. And she was rude and not friendly about the situation. At check out they didn’t have our card on file so she couldn’t get us checked out. She reswiped our card and made it charge the room again. The whole situation was not professional and very frustrating to make our bank account have issues now.
