Pool was closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday because it's slow in September. This should be advertised. Pillows are big, so if you're a side sleeper, bring your own pillow.

Disappointing that there is no pool or hot tub during the coldest season, only available when the water park is open. Breakfast buffet is just OK. Just very basic. The location is great, it is on the Riverwalk and near to the museum. Food at Tony Romas is quite good and worth a visit.

The property is very outdated and landscaping not kept up. No USB ports in the rooms. Some outlets didn’t work. We had a room that faced the river but the window was so dirty we couldn’t take photos from our 4th floor room. Would not stay there again.

First our room had mold on the carpets and the air conditioner unit had mold on the vents which we didn’t notice till the next morning, the water park had one slide closed and one hot tub closed the play area had a foam pad to keep people from hitting their head on the metal kept falling off when kids were going thru, overall it was not a very good stay, breakfast was good tho

Staff was helpful when I needed a room nearer the elevators. The elevators were quick and quiet.

Waterpark needs maintenance. Grass areas in parking lot are over grown. Reportedly new management is closing the waterpark in October to do improvements.

Location Cigarette smell, dirty pillows, the smoke alarm went off 4 times at 1am because they were doing work and maintenance somewhere. The water park is closed during the day, opens until 4pm.

The rooms need a clompete remodel. Our room smelled musty and the carpet felt damp. There was no usb port to plug in our phones and no wifi.
