Staff was pleasant, room was clean and quiet.
-
Great location and staff.
-
A slice of history, staffed by courteous and helpful people. A pleasure.
-
Very cool building inside. Got there the same time as a big group so had to wait at check in. Room was clean and comfy

It was a beautiful hotel ,but not a microwave in the hotel or 1 microwave stationed on a table by the elevator per floor for guest use was a saddening.
-
It's such a beautiful hotel but terribly run down. Windows were filthy. Our friends had to have mildew removed from their shower.

I reserved an Executive Suite with a King size-Bed and I received a room with no window?

We spend the weekend and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and a great location downtown to walk to ice cream, aquarium, restaurants, and rhe elevator. Even very kid friendly with a shallow pool. Parking was also very convenient right in the back.

Beautiful historical hotel, would be ideal for special events. Location is great for downtown and riverfront activities. Rooms are ok but I wouldn't consider it a good economic value. Mixed reviews on the restaurant, food was fine but severely understaffed for a busy weekend. Looked forward to using the pool/spa area but it was dominated by young kids so never had the pleasure. Hotel has an attached lounge/bar, only open evenings and again understaffed for the volume of customers.

When I first checked in, my room had a constant humming noise, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The front desk was very helpful and quickly switched me to another room, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the A/C in the second room also wasn’t great. The temperature displayed didn’t seem to match how the room actually felt, and it would get uncomfortably warm. The other issue was with my late checkout. I requested a late checkout and was told by the front desk that I could stay until 12:30 p.m. However, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:55 a.m. and told me checkout was at 11:00. I explained that I had been approved to stay until 12:30. They came back again around 11:30 and then again at 12:00, and each time I had to explain that the front desk had approved my late checkout. It made the last part of my stay feel rushed instead of relaxing. On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating when they switched my room. I just wish the communication about late checkout had been shared with housekeeping and that the air conditioning had worked more consistently.

We stayed for two nights the hotel is nice I think some of the rooms need updating. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We had a family breakfast and they were very accommodating to our size group. Overall for the nightly price of the rooms it was just ok.

Clean rooms, great location, nice pool, and all at a great price point. My kiddo even got a pack of baseball cards from the front desk staff! The restaurant downstairs was able to accommodate my obscure, but serious dietary restrictions, so that was a great added bonus. Highly recommend.
