We have stayed here four times over the last 10 years. The staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has delicious food and great staff working there too.

If you’re sensitive to noise make sure your room is not adjoining, that door was very thin. My neighbor was luckily quiet but it was a little annoying. Bathroom needs just a bit of updating (small stuff that just needs replaced), but was great size and clean!! Ask for feather pillows! I went through all 8 in my room to find a decent one! Overall just a few very small things they could replace to freshen up! Don’t miss this gem!

I’m in 200 + hotels yearly and this is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at !! Every where you look and go there is another unique idem in the hotel ! Lots of cool history ! Al Capone had the whole top floor =8th !

This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful service in an awesome location. The beds were terrible and the TVs need to be upgraded.

Overall I like the hotel, cleanest, vintage style, good maintained, good location. Restaurant and lounge in the hotel available. Parking included with lots of space. Recommend.

Wonderful staff. Very nostalgic building. Extremely quiet. Had problems with controlling heat/air conditioning in room. Hall carpets could use a refresher.
