Great place! Loved it all. The restaurant and lounge were also fantastic.

Loved that the place was right downtown at very reasonable rates. I wish they had a more reasonable breakfast room to grab a quick coffee and a small bite to eat. The restaurant was fine but pricey for a small breakfast.

Loved the location. So much night life you didn’t need to drive once you parked. Great Italian restaurant 1/2 block away. Rooms could use a little update, but they were very clean and the pillows had a good variety.

The location is good for reaching restaurants and accessing freeways The hotel is outdated and in need of an upgrade. Windows are old and were rattling from trains passing by. Air conditioner was not cool at all and made sleeping tough. Beds not comfortable. No closet space.

Appreciated the comfortable rooms, unique and not the cookie cutter rooms you find today. They had free parking just across the street which was so helpful!

A mildly unpleasant experience at checkout: a somewhat curt staff member. Well worth considering for a stay in Dubuque, a hotel rich in history.
