Convenient location, comfortable but small rooms. Confusing lay out. Staff was ok not super friendly. It checked the boxes!

Ok for what it is. Room smelled a bit of chemical cleaning products - you can never fully air these out in these climate controlled places I guess. Its a typical, somewhat overpriced airport hotel. Its nominally walking distance to the airport but very hard to walk (this is America) so you have take the shuttle. Enjoy your flight.

Very good

Location only I paid $500 for a night at this hotel, and it felt like stepping into an unrestored 1980s time capsule. For that price point, the bare minimum expectation is modern cleanliness, comfort, and functionality, but nearly everything fell short. The facilities are deeply outdated and poorly maintained. More importantly, this hotel is completely unequipped for guests traveling with babies. Between the lack of soundproofing, unsafe or dated room layouts, and a total absence of family-friendly amenities, it was a stressful and exhausting experience from start to finish. Save your money and look elsewhere if you are traveling with young children or expecting modern accommodations for the price.

The room was functional once I finally got to the room. Twist and turns and long hallways galore . A big adventure for sure after an exasperated day of travel chaos. Big walks

The rooms were big and the bed too. Also, it was comfortable. Booking said it's in the airpot, but you actually need to get a shuttle. Also, the rooms are like 1 mile from the reception! With all your luggage it's not so easy!

Bar closed at 11 PM. Room was located a very long way from reception, Ice machine on second floor didn't work.

Rooms outdated and too expensive for quality

Easy check in, nice room, dining option. I assumed that I could walk from/to airport but the hotel is served by a shuttle bus.

It was very close to Dulles Airport and had a free shuttle. Luggage carts near the door helped ferry all our luggage. The restaurant was onsite and the meal we had was tasty! I liked everything.

The airport shuttle was easy, timely (every 15 minutes on the hour) and fast, and the staff were very helpful. The gym equipment was quite decent, although the air quality in the gym was so bad I'm not sure I'd recommend using it. The air quality was horrendous. The smell when I walked into my ground floor room was quite odorous, and I could barely breathe all night. Probably mold, perhaps also a weak HVAC that allows plenty of jetfuel and its combusted remains to get into the hotel.

The in-room service was poor. Breakfast in-room was served in take away boxes. But the food was excellent

Everything was good, and proximity to the departure gate is outstandingly convenient. My only critique was that the AC unit was a little on the noisy side.

Exceptional

Very good location for an overnight stay at the airport. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and the staff were very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. The room was very big and comfortable but had an early start so werent in it very much, just sleep and then back to airport. The lift was broken and no sign on it at all. We stood waiting for it for ages! We had 4 pieces of luggage and were expected to try and carry them up the stairs - after speaking with an employee we managed to get a room on the ground floor so this was helpful in the end.
