Excellent place to stay close to the airport

The bed and pillows was SO comfortable.

Convenience in that it is close to IAD is why one would stay here. The hotel has all the amenities one would like and airport shuttle runs regularly, so no long waits. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels dated and musty. Long hallways to get to your room, stained carpet in the room and check in was not very smooth. For a Marriott it disappoints.

proximity to the airport and shuttle service are very convenient for connecting travelers. property is clean and comfortable and staff is friendly. little choice of food for dinner and breakfast. this si probably what to expect in the US

The hotel was perfect. Location & staff

Location is wonderful. Food and wait staff in the bar were terrific. Most confusing layout I have ever seen. Signs are confusing. Should have frequent signs to lobby. Staff commented that everyone gets lost in building. This is something that could be remedied.

Nice and clean hotel very close to the airport, the free shuttle is great. I had to pay for internet. Come on, people! It’s 2026. Internet should be free! The only hotel ever that charged me for internet.

Dated facility. Terrible hvac (has a mind of its own). Matresses need to replaced asap. Shuttle is great, staffing was nice. A full time job to get to your room.

I was very i.pressed with the front desk clerk. She was new to the job but went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account.
