Everything was great.When we checked in Fri night,Sunny was working the front desk.He was very helpful,answering several questions we had about the hotel and the area in general.He was also there when we checked out early on Sun morning.This made for avery smooth check out. nothing that is worth mentioning

The property in a good location to restaurants or shopping

Like the location but everything else is bad. No water pressure, Cockroach all over. Key needed to refresh daily. Unfriendly staff. Will never stay there again.

Great place to stay but the water pressure is nonexistent and the ac unit is hard to control.

At first glance, the room appeared reasonably clean. However, the bed linens had such a strong bleach smell that it was difficult for me to sleep. The air conditioner was even more concerning. There was visible dust inside the unit, along with a strong musty, mold-like odor. Despite the hot weather, I ended up turning the AC off while sleeping because of the smell. The overall cleaning also seemed very superficial. The areas that were immediately visible had been cleaned, but corners and less noticeable areas appeared to have been neglected. The room definitely needed more attention to detail. The staff experience was also disappointing. I wouldn't describe the staff as particularly friendly or openly rude—they simply seemed to ignore me. During check-in, the staff member continued having a phone conversation in what sounded like an Indian language while dealing with me, only asking for my ID and credit card. There was very little communication or acknowledgment, and the entire check-in process felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Overall, this stay was far below what I expected when booking a Wyndham-branded hotel. The cleanliness issues, unpleasant odors, and lack of professional customer service made the experience very disappointing.

Business trip. It was very convenient to get the location and easy to access my workplace.

Hotel employee at the front desk (mgr) is about as rude and arrogant as they come. this hotel desperately needs new management. awful.

Nothing! There were 2 major arguments on my floor. One took place in the hallway with a couple that went on for over 45 minutes. I called the front desk after 2am snd it took a while for the police to come. Then bext door to my room, another couple were arguing for over 30 minutes. I called the front desk and the front desk operator advised the matter was addressed. I advised it waa a different couple. The attendant advised he would come up and bo one ever did. Worst night ever! Incidents were not resolved! The police came for the couple eho were arguing in the halll but they returned to their room & would not opem the door for the offficer. The 2nd incident, no one showed up. The argument stopped aith no assistance frol hotel staff.

good I had a weird smell on the outside

They asked for a $50 deposit hold which was not usual given that I had already paid in full for my one night stay.

The hotel was very clean. At the front desk there was a sign that showed all the fees that you can be charged with. Early check-in was a charge. Late check-out was a charge. It felt as if I was to sneeze too hard that I would get a charge. There was no free breakfast. I think there is a food shop that opened at 8am. But that was to leave for me. I had to check out at 7:00 a.m. in order to make it to work. So that accommodation was not feasible for me to partake in. But the most important thing, is that the internet was just garbage. It was very poor and very weak and hard to sign into. It was one of the most difficult processes to access. And I stay in hotels at least 100 days out of the year. So it wasn't me just being unable to understand, no they just had bad WiFi.
