It’s was a good stay and they were very accommodating

Everything here is very clean staff friendly service.

The staff is always courteous and professional. They enhance the experience. The pool was in great shape, but there are sprigs growing up in the area around the pool and the chairs needed cleaning. I thing there had been rain the day before, so it may have been a timing problem for us. We checked in and the room they assigned for us smelled musty and my wife said there was also another smell. They moved us to another room and it was better, but still had a smell to it. I heard a major fan in the room across from us on the day we checked out, so there may have been a leak somewhere that created this situation. It was very hard to de-humidify the room with the "dry", "heat" or "cool" setting on the air conditioner. We've stayed here several times, and this is the first time there's been a problem like this, so we'll be trying it again hoping this also was a timing problem for us. Everything else about the property and staff is excellent.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was very good. The staff was helpful and kind. If in area will stay again.

Beds were small, no ice machine on 2nd floor which was inconvenient. Nice staff. Convenient location.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful when I needed them. The kitchen was clean but, the breakfast was disappointing. I expected more from reviews online.

I can't find anything I missed at the hotel at all. I strongly recomment Best Western in Duouth to all travelers to stay. Thank you very much!

Very clean

Breakfast was great, as always. Parking was convenient and well kept. Location is close to many shopping areas.

Every staff member I encountered was very helpful & polite... the room was clean, the service was excellent & they even let me checkout hours after checkout since my flight left late...

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The area was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful especially the gentleman at the front kiosk. Its a pretty small hotel which we liked. It didnt feel too crowded at all. I would stay here again.

there is a $35 per room early check in fee before 3pm. and regardless of if you’ve prepared for your room online, a $75 deposit hold per room on a credit card. breakfast was nice, they’ve for a pancake conveyor belt oven!
