Sonesta ES Suites Gwinnett Place Atlanta

La ubicación es buena pero la habitación no es como la colocaban en las fotografías y los pasillos estaban sucios y la sábana estaba sucia la verdad no fue como esperaba y me pidieron 100 dólares de depósito y aún no me lo han regresado

Good hotel but some flaws. Looks amazing but we did not know that there is an extra deposit hold of 100. One staff member said it would come back after we check out and another stated that it takes 5-7 business days. The sink outside the bathroom had a flickering light. The second day our shower water took 15+ minutes to get warm not even hot. And our last night before check out we ran into ants in the bed and on the carpet. Aside from that the stay was great love the scenery. Amazing breakfast as well just can’t take it back to your room.

Im traveling with 2 children 4 and 10 months old.. when i walk into the room, it was so outdated, stink, and very bad vibe about it, all i can smell was marijuana soaked up in those carpets.. went to the front desk to ask for upgrade to better room ( offer to pay the difference) but they were booked, and the only thing they offer is asking the housekepped to spray extra refresher ( no thanks, i have a newborn, i dont need to stay in a room that soaking up with refresher to hide the bad smell) and they couldnt give me a refund and we didnt even stay like 3 minutes in there

Rooms and comfort good. Other areas not so much. Restaurant was good.

The best experience was the breakfast , the hallways smelled so bad like old and the rooms are out dated no bedding for pullout no pillows . The room smelled dirty the furniture was dirty is was just not a pleasant experience especially because I love Sonesta and I this was a disappointment . We stayed at the resort side and was very pleased last time but this time we stayed on the suite side and it was horrible

It was the wrong room but they were fully booked due to different events in the area and I couldn’t get a room with a king bed

Pool definitely could be cleaner as well the room as the one they gave us had roaches, and none of the coffee makers worked ( now they did give us a different room however it was definitely a downgrade and it had stained carpet along and not so great smell but they lady at the front desk wanted to charge me more for a new room )

The space in the room and the area of the hotel. It smelled very good and was clean.

Did not have breakfast There should've been a couch or two chairs for the guests.

The suites are missing a safe. The refrigerator was greasy on the outside; I had to wipe it down. The shower was not the best. When making the reservation, nothing was said about renovations going on in the hotel. Not handicapped entrances, so it was hard to get my mother in and out with a wheelchair.
