Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta

I was disappointed with my stay at Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta. The room itself was acceptable, and the customer service was decent, but the overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The building appears old, dirty, and in need of significant maintenance. The carpets throughout the property were stained and unclean, giving the hotel a neglected appearance. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. Taking a shower was frustrating because the hot water was almost nonexistent. While the staff was courteous, it was not enough to make up for the condition of the property. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Ms. Mae was very pleasant and helpful to me and my family. The prices were very good for the amenities.

We didn’t have hot water for our entire stay. We reported the issue and it was never resolved.

Well, it was good for the price. What I didn’t like was that they only clean your room if you stayed for 4 days or more, they will clean the day #4. Whatever you need, you have to go and pick it yourself from the frontdesk.

The room was very nice; the hot water was not working- lukewarm at best! I would not stay again until after the renovations are completed

The stay was good but the water in the shower is cold this is the second time I stayed the shower is freezing cold

The decor in the bedroom was nice. It’s close to plenty essential stores.

Also the toilets are very low, should add handicap rails for those who need them. Breakfast buffet was nice only missing cheese for your grits.

And ants swarmed into our rental car in the morning.
