Everything is good, except for the bathroom cleanliness. There were still some hair left on the shower wall. The staff was very nice.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Right off the interstate. Staff are very friendly!

Room smelled musty when we first entered. We thought it was because it had been closed up. Whenever we left room and returned, smell stayed. Smelled like carpet had gotten wet, then just let air dry. Next day, I noticed de-humidifier in the hall that was full of water. Room was very humid. The smell became more apparent the next day. It was my first and LAST time staying at a Spark Hotel. I did tell management. They suggested it may be the due to the weather.

The continental breakfast no look good. When you walk to the hallway smell bad. The pool area need renovation.

Front desk was nice, room was clean

Rooms were recently renovated and nice. The pool pic on the app should be labeled as AI. Nowhere near as nice as the pic. Unlocked doors. Missing window panels. Breakfast consists of bananas, cereal, muffins and bagels. Nothing hot.

Breakfast was okay other than the fact that the orange juice and apple juice were warm when dispensed out of the juice machine and all I was told from the lady at the front desk is “we have an ice machine”. Doesn’t change the fact that orange and apple are to be kept refrigerated and cool, not warm. Also, breakfast muffins and bagels sit out for days without being changed. Only provided more when I asked if there was breakfast that morning because nothing was out.

Poor breakfast and the rooms doesnt smell good the cable tv is really bad

Shin at the front desk was great. Housekeeping was bad. Breakfast was just ok. The pool and fitness centers were tiny.

Another perfect stay. I feel safe here and everything is clean and the people are wonderful, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for business travelers!

Overall decent rooms to stay

Clean, good location

The room super clean, simple, modern but useful. Super comfy for family or business also breakfast was a "good break" before start to do anything.

Breakfast menu was not up to par. I'm accustomed to a better breakfast. If u want any hot foods you must pay an additional charge. I was certainly shocked by that. The bed was not comfortable butthe room was clean. The hallway had a bad smell.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is just ok, but better than nothing. Not refilled as it's depleted.
