Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Duluth/Gwinnett Place

Good area

I enjoyed my stay overall here. The staff was friendly, especially Ms Yolanda at the front desk. The room and hotel could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t nasty, by any means, but there were stains on the walls, hair on the floor of the bathroom, and the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned when we used it one morning and saw the same trash floating in it(it was someone’s false eye lashes). They served a really nice continental breakfast as well.

Clean I was charged $12 parking fee, really!! And something hotel fees?? If i knew ahead, I would have not book it. Residence Inn by Marriott in Duluth, GA I will remember Not to book it again.

Cosmetically there is still work to be done. Caulking bathrooms, stains on celings, cracks in bathroom molding and where the wall meets the carpet.

Nice rooms and amenities Didn’t have extra linens for pull out sofa. Halls smell like marijuana

It sounded like water dripping in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom and the vanity light would flash off and on.

I was able to get a two bedroom two bathroom room for a very resonable price. It was nice and it was clean. If I had a gripe it would be that it was a little warm in there and the AC thermostat caps off at 68, however it felt more like it was 74 in there. The AC and also the shower curtain kept coming off. Other than that it was great!

Very friendly stafff and helpful The rooms smelled of mold there was a obvious leak in the ceiling and shower curtains had not been wash.

Nice but the room was a studio not a 1 bedroom suite as advertised elevator was messed up

The property was at the perfect location. There was mold all under the kitchen sink. They spray painted it black to try to cover it rather than fix the issue. Addressed with management

Location is good They shouldn’t be charging you for parking. Other hotels they won’t charge you for parking but Residence inn they charge you $12 per night which is not fare.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable but check in/ out was easy!
