If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms showed is not what you're getting and the people at the front desk are either rude or do not care about your concerns. Never come here!

Clean and routine service check There was no luggage cart or when office closed no visible security at front door

It does not meet the advertised specifications.

Nothing. I'd pitch a tent and stay in the woods next to the property first. One of the elevators was out of service. Numerous smoke detectors were out of service and beeped for days. The hot water in the shower was not adjustable. Other guests were arguing and fighting, at some points I was afraid of shots being fired. Loud noises all hours of the nights and different smells throughout the building. The room had signs of roof leaks and was concerned I was going to get plaster dropping down on me while I slept. I could go on more but to cut it short.

There is no breakfast. The bathroom could be bigger and they could fix up the rooms a litte more.

the morning staff and the managers were nice it lied about what they were offering on line, rooms very small the area there was people hanging outside all night didn’t feel safe kids were very uncomfortable

The staff r wonderful and I would stay there again Everything was perfect

bed & pillows were comfortable and the towels were nice smelled bad, elevators worked half the time

Overall I am happy they alotted my service dog. The internet wifi not working properly but I was told that they changing for 5g. Hope I get to experience before I move. But overall the staff is very compensating and informative. They are a good team. Not having the wifi available for work. Also the door very loose. Had to screw in the plate looks like someone kicked it or not installed completely.

See above. Booking was a disaster. Booker was one week off and we had to rearrange plans when we were too late to change reservation. Price quoted of $60+ became around $!!0. Arrangement to check in at 10 am instead of 3 pm was clearly stated and agreed to when booking - but not known when we arrived, requiring us to accept a more expensive room which added some $20 to our cost.

How clean it was

1 call on morning and told even with a resevation no room but manager did go out her way to get one 2 my fried and I had just spend two hours on road and need to go the bathroom could not use one in lobby gave key to room and did not work so finely got use the lobby one move in fine 3 room had a lot of cosmedy damage to the room was run done but clean all applences work 4. this was the worst there were a lot of bugs in room look like mini coachroachs room 108 overall if not for the mangers help it would have been extremly bad

I like how quiet it is and how helpful the staff is.

Rentavations Are Going On. The Rooms Are Old. They Did Not Clean the Room. The Towel and Wash Clothes Were Dingy. You have to Purchase Your Own Bath Room Tissue and Soaps. I purchased Towels to Use Also. One Staff Member Was Nasty-Nasty Attitude towards Me. They Don’t Explain Anything To You. Do Not Put A Card on File.
