Baymont by Wyndham Duluth/Spirit Mountain

It was easy to get to, kinda the edge of town. Would be difficult with a lot of snow or ice, but they have signs posted for 4x4’s. When we got there it was SUPER FOGGY, so we did miss the turn but not their fault at all. There are stairs and I didn’t see an elevator, just sayin. Breakfast was eh, definitely have had better. Beds were comfy. It was quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great water pressure! TV channel selections were okay. Staff was friendly. Gas Station and Subway next door just down the hill. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing and the channels on the TV.

Overall a good value for a budget hotel. Parking and room access due to the hillside was ok using the long ramp, but not easy for my elderly mother. Property condition was not unusual for a budget hotel, but not outstanding either. Our room had a shared balcony that was so badly weathered as to make it unusable… possibly unsafe.

I liked the big bed very comfortable and I didn't have breakfast I left too early I had to leave so soon, nice place to stay at I will stay there again next time I am Duluth.

We where not allowed food or drinks in the pool area I could see if it was glass .not have that in pool area. Like most hotels. The guy that work at front desk is unfriendly. We ask for towels and the beding changed because it had blood on it and they said that they where to busy and under staffed they could do it tomorrow but never did.

Really enjoyed my stay. Clean, affordable. Comfortable beds and AC works great. TV worked and they had complimentary breakfast which had cereal, milk and hot waffle bar

room was clean, check in girl was polite. the beds were hard not comfy firm. the hallways smelled each evening. there were always ppl sitting on the entryway steps smoking when we entered or left.

El servicio a la habitación es muy deficiente.

La Habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos y es muy bonita tiene salida directo a La piscina y eso me encanto pero en cuanto al servicio de limpieza es malo, la atención es buena pero para dar respuesta a tus peticiones es malísima. Me hospede 5 noches y no fueron ni una sola vez a limpiar yo tuve que pedirlo 3 veces y fueronl a última noche porque reclame que siempre tenian una excusa y no iban. El baño se tapó y pedí servicio y nunca fue nadie tuvo mi mamá que destaparlo y fue desagradable pagar para tu mismo tener que arreglar un baño. Y para pedir toallas limpias mi mamá tenía que salir a buscar a alguien de limpieza para que nos dieran limpias y entregar las usadas. En cuanto al lugar de estacionamiento la calle tiene huecos así que pienso que debrian arreglar eso yo le daria un 5 de 10 por quececita una mejoras pero por lo demás el Hotel es bonito y esta en una excelente ubicación.

We appreciate every one of the team members. I would like to point out that Abby is awesome at multitasking. Each time I had a question, she was doing other things, and I didn't mind waiting. She was totally awesome! She told us Hugo's was a great place that delivers. She was right, and the pizza was awesome! We were on the go a lot. CANAL Park, North Shore day adventure. We did grab some water from the Lucky 7. I forgot my water bottle at home. (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) That was convenient to have. Also, having Circle K across the highway was great. They accept our upside gas saving app. That we didn't stay longer.

The gym doesn't open until 8:30 am. I wanted to use it prior to driving for the day.

The room had mouse poop on the bed, then we switched rooms and there was a broken door that didn't quite shut right. The pool was dirty. The staff was very helpful and accommodating though and they did refund our stay, so that part was great. Just not a clean and well kept up property.
