Baymont by Wyndham Duluth/Spirit Mountain

We didn’t get maid service for a 2 night stay as they were short staffed. Toilet was loose from the floor.

Mostly clean…one leftover sock was not picked up.

Easy to leave south end of Duluth. Needs remodeling. Carpet dingy. Entrance lacking weatherstripping. Sink drains water s l o w l y. Also door to room VERY hard to close. Basically a dive. Owners or property manager of hotel need to check out the entrance doors. There is SO much heat loss due to lack of proper weatherstripping. They are paying unnecessary heat bills.

My non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in, the room chair was noticeably stained, and the sink drain seemed broken. Aside from that, it was a fine stay. Room was obviously renovated at some point and seemed pretty clean. The room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot, which was nice. The neighbors weren’t super loud and breakfast was slim but adequate. Not the fanciest place ever, but it was clean and staff were nice.

Room was spacious and clean, the front of the hotel faces a very busy highway and is pretty noisy.

Good price. Breakfast was very limited and not as good as the competition offers.

Exceptional

The smell was horrible, the paint was falling off the walls, the toilets were childrens toilets. For the price we had to pay, it was horrible. The pool floor was gross. The pancake machine wasn't working properly and the waffle maker was out of order.

Great location, comfortable bed Not many options for breakfast. Any time anyone would walk, the room shook..in the same room, and the room above

the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean and parking was convenient

Have been visiting for 20 years. They have done some improvements. I will keep coming back. Well, the comforter was bright white. Afraid to lay on it for fear I might leave a stain. I know my clean black pants can leave a mark on bright white chair.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and good location.

Although all hotels are higher in Duluth , the rates were more reasonable here There was some debris on the carpeting in my room indicating it wasn’t vacuumed it was missed. Otherwise it looked nice and clean.

Comfortable beds and loved the showerhead. Surroundings were quiet. Nice employees. The breakfast was extremely basic. The waffle maker did not work. The pancake maker did not work. The oranges were moldy on the outside. The apples were tasteless and the pears were hard as a rock. The dry cereal choices were very basic. I was disappointed to have my day start out that way.

The location was convenient to our daily travels back and forth Property was exceptions clean. And comfortable. After texting with Katy from the hotel the night we made the reservation. She listened to my requests and made sure they were meant to our expectations. Easier access to our room inside if climbing multiple steps. She was also there the night we checked in and assured us of everything we discussed. The layout of getting into the check in entrance. Would Ike ice machine on all floors.
