We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!

On our first night we found a huge black beetle in the bathroom. The management offered a 15% discount on our room, nothing else. Housekeeping never came, we never had fresh linens and the shower had empty shampoo and conditioner upon arrival. 15% isn’t much of a deal when experiencing something like that. The pool was so full of chemicals just the air burned my eyes. My kids were swimming when management used a Menards bucket to dump In chemicals. Why do they do this WHILE kids are swimming? The breakfast was decent, but the seating for eating was the lobby with minimal tables for all visitors. No dining area. We had no options but to take our food to our rooms.

Stay was ok, room was given to another traveler in our group. Had to make do with 1 bed and a pull out sofa.

The bed covers had stains and the grout on the bathroom floor was nasty including black in color along the shower. Breakfast food was good but the coffee was horrible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could have used a few more utensils in our kitchenette, but that was a minor thing in a very nice stay. The room was comfortable, breakfast was solid, and it’s a quick drive to downtown Duluth.

Room was clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and quiet hotel. Didn’t really see any staff. Gentleman at desk not very helpful or knowledgeable about bussing for the marathon. I definitely would stay here again.

Had to wait for staff to come to desk for check in. Airconditioner was loud. Breakfast was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay here again..

Location, pool area is very nice. The breakfast person was so nice. Breakfast was good. Very clean.

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was quite dirty. We had 3 rooms booked for 2 days. All of us had problems with our key cards deactivating after the 1st day. We had to keep going to the desk to get reset.

They called and cancelled our reservation due to construction taking place. So was not pleased!
