Reserved room on card, paid with different card at hotel they charged both cards . . .said I'll get a refund in 5 to 7 days . . . Bunch of crap !

As a woman traveling alone, this property felt safe and clean. Breakfast is more of a grab and go, but there is a restaurant attached.

Convenient overnight stop when traveling across MN with our dog. Breakfast had standard offerings (hot & cold). Clean room & bath, comfortable bed. Enjoyed a sauna after a day of driving.

Comfy. Quiet. Not a lot of seating to eat breakfast. Bathtub dirty.

Our room was a huge disappointment and not as described online. It was outdated; could have been cleaner, furniture had stains on it; the shower doors leaked; the bathroom door looked as if it had water damage on the bottom and the door was dirty; the bathroom sink soap dispensers had hair on them like after a man shaves, whiskers on the dispensers that obviously had not been wiped off. Overall the room needed a good deep cleaning. This stay was for a special anniversary weekend and we were very disappointed for the cost of this room.

staff was kind, pool hours were nice WAAAAAY too many chemicals in the hot tub, eyes were red all day and painful, didn't get back in after 10 mins. the room was terrible. I have photos of toothbrushes, gushers, something I wont touch, wound cleaner empty bottle. this was all left in the room and found when we were there. We did ask for a different room and was told that there was no more rooms. Gross, the 9 year old asked why we stayed at the trailer trash of AmericInns :( The staff was very friendly and that was the saving grace that stopped us from walking out and finding somewhere else. But If I am going to pay $400 for a room it should be clean. I am very disappointed. Even the 12 year old wouldn't use the bathroom.

Very nice. Seemed to be updated. Slept good! Love the attached restaurant! Oh so delicious. They have a sign in an area that the breakfast started at 5 am. We are early people and were excited, however, breakfast didn’t actually started until 6:00am It was good though! Only other thing I suggest is dusting better. The window ledge very dusty.

Clean with a decent pool temperature which is hard to find one that’s not freezing

Location was great The upkeep…carpets in hall and stairs were dirty, needed to be painted and spruced up
