We had no problems at this location. Very nice and comfortable

It was a good stay showers were nice beds were very comfortable.

Well run I had a surprise $50 fee (two then one) on my checking account which was explained as a deposit fee. This was after I had checked in for 3 days and checked out.

They charged a $50 deposit for each room. totaling $100 and still haven’t received my refund back. There was not mention when booking there as going to be an incident deposit that would need to be made and now they haven’t refunded it.

Very conveniently located, easy access to interstate.

Location was nice, pool was nice. Beds were sufficient, nothing great. AC Did not really keep up and this is not a hot area of the country. It was not the most expensive in the duluth area at all, but for 300/night I would have liked a working AC.

The room and property are clean and seem well maintained. The pool was one of the cleanest pools that I have ever seen. It is not a huge or fancy pool area but with clean water that was a nice temperature, it is pretty solid. This hotel is easy to access and is in close proximity to some really great trails and site-seeing areas.

The bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean, I had to go to work yet my friend slept in, accidentally until one and I wasn’t billed for it, that’s really cool. It was a nice room and all around cozy! Also clean. Can’t really think of anything I had a great time and a great stay!

Hot tub was the probably the hottest hot tub I have used in a hotel which was great! But the exercise room the treadmill would not incline or go past level one, and the elliptical or spin bike would not even turn on.

The room was pretty clean, only a few questionable stains at the foot of the comforter, but hey, it’s a hotel, gotta expect comforter stains. The staff were helpful and I had no problems with check-in/check-out. Breakfast is decent, it’s your standard hotel breakfast: eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, breads, dairy’s, etc. nothing to fancy, but enough to fill you up. Had no issues with parking as it surrounds the whole building. The pool and hot tub are nice and both have appropriately warm temperatures. Just throwing it in the review because I can and I’m the one typing, there is a gas station in just about the same parking lot as well as across the street from the hotel which makes fill ups simple if you’re traveling from afar or are thinking you need to look for a place before you get to the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Pool area was not so clean. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Asked for help a few times and they just directed me to a qr code. Will not return to this hotel
