The room and property are clean and seem well maintained. The pool was one of the cleanest pools that I have ever seen. It is not a huge or fancy pool area but with clean water that was a nice temperature, it is pretty solid. This hotel is easy to access and is in close proximity to some really great trails and site-seeing areas.

Hot tub was the probably the hottest hot tub I have used in a hotel which was great! But the exercise room the treadmill would not incline or go past level one, and the elliptical or spin bike would not even turn on.

The room was pretty clean, only a few questionable stains at the foot of the comforter, but hey, it’s a hotel, gotta expect comforter stains. The staff were helpful and I had no problems with check-in/check-out. Breakfast is decent, it’s your standard hotel breakfast: eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, breads, dairy’s, etc. nothing to fancy, but enough to fill you up. Had no issues with parking as it surrounds the whole building. The pool and hot tub are nice and both have appropriately warm temperatures. Just throwing it in the review because I can and I’m the one typing, there is a gas station in just about the same parking lot as well as across the street from the hotel which makes fill ups simple if you’re traveling from afar or are thinking you need to look for a place before you get to the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Pool area was not so clean. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Asked for help a few times and they just directed me to a qr code. Will not return to this hotel

We had a great experience in our two day stay.

We were told when we checked in that the breakfast was served from 7am to 10am. That was fine on Saturday and Sunday. However, when we arrived at breakfast at 9:30 Monday morning, we were informed by the lady who was putting it all away that breakfast on weekdays ends at 9am. It would have been nice to know that. We managed to get some eggs and coffee, and that was all. We forgot our suits and did not use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.

The beds are very comfortable

I had asked about a receipt and he said it would be emailed to me but never got an email. We were there two nights. Still never received one. I mentioned it and he again said it would be emailed. I left to continue my trip and since I still hadn’t received one, I called the hotel and told him I still had not gotten one and again he said I will email it to you. Still no email with my receipt!😡

There were multiple things in our hotel room them that were broke. The hot tub was not working. The breakfast there was only a couple options. The rooms were definitely quite a bit different than the pictures online. While we were checking into our hotel, the worker was on his phone texting.

Kind staff. The property appears to need a little more grounds care. Also, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub. It was out of order, this was not told to us upon our booking. Overall our stay was fine, though.

It was mice

There was only a very, very thin roll of toilet paper available, which we discovered at an in-opportune time. Had to go to the desk to be resupplied. Hot tub was not available for use.

Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the breakfast wasn't bad for a hotel. Our room however had a bad odor that was hard to deal with and the room was very stagnant even with the air on. The bathroom was clean but not clean, in the corners built up filth, toilet seat was crooked and we straightened it there was old poop. Room was very clean but didnt smell clean at all. The beds were better than most hotels ive stayed at but firm. I would probably stay there again just not that room. I gave a rating if 3 just because of the smell of the room.
