Every time I walked by an employee they were always so smiley and saying hello. I felt that the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Great bang for your buck! Near a Circle K gas station and McDonald’s. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were SUPER accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk had many items on hand when I asked “where in town can I find this”. 10/10 we surely will be coming back next time in Duluth :-)

Breakfast was good staff helpful

This hotel was excellent. I would say the only reason they got a four star from us was because the rooms weren’t completely finished from remodels. Example the bathrooms still had open spaces where the tissue and toilet paper would go. Some things were removed and scuffed up on the walls, but otherwise I would totally recommend this hotel. The employees and staff were more than excellent and accommodating.
