I didn't like I didn't like it at all we had a horrible experience starting with the air conditioning system not working in one of the 2 rooms I paid for when I went to let them know at front desk the person was dismissive and trying to say it was because of the temperature outside which was nothing to do with it because the other room we had the AC worked it was obvious that the other rooms AC was not working properly not cooling at all etc,,she went on to say they had no other room to move us to as in they were booked but I went on their website and was able to book a room and showed them that ,the young lady was extremely rude and combative it was a horrible experience

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want the worst experience of your life. I told the guy at desk, that the people upstairs were smoking Marijuana and having parties and he didn't care.

What concerned me the most was that I did not feel safe. There were several sketchy-looking people hanging around the property, and the overall atmosphere made me so uncomfortable that I decided not to stay there. To make matters worse, the front desk employee was very rude and showed no concern when I explained why I didn’t feel comfortable staying. Even though I chose to leave because I felt unsafe and the hotel was nothing like it was advertised, they refused to give me a refund. She told it was nothing she could do at that point even though I told her I will not stay there for the days I booked it. It was four days and I was hopping I can get at least one or two days refunded. She completely disregarded my request. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The property did not match the online photos, I did not feel safe, the customer service was terrible, and they would not stand behind their booking by offering a refund. I would never stay here or book this hotel again.

Roaches dirty tub cracked tiles

Nice area The room wasn’t clean fridge was dirty bugs smushed on the wall floor was not mopped or swept. The key to my back door did not have lock and the key didn’t work because the battery died on the door. I had to a $50 deposit for a crappy room and still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review until today and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms traveling across the country. This room was by far the worst I’ve stayed in. The sink wouldn’t drain, which the only saving grace, was the untrained water mostly covered the dirt and gunk of the actual sink. The shower and tub had mold throughout the caulking. Most every corner of the room was dingy and dilapidated from the walls, flooring, paint, door frames etc. This hotel will be the reason I’ll refrain from staying at a Red Roof Inn given the already inconsistent property conditions from hotel to hotel.

Nothing. Front end staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She will hang the phone up on you Everything. Will never use red roof again.
