Well if I hadn’t got the run around trying to cancel this room would have been nice either you all or the hotel lied about canceling my stay you both put it on each other and never did cancel so hope you all enjoy getting my money because you will never get another cent from me

We are attending a wedding in the area and visiting relatives. It was centrally located for both I booked 2 rooms, 1 for my mother and 1 for my husband and I. I asked to be in an adjoining room. They said that wasn't an option. I explained my mother has macular degeneration and can't see well. They could have cared less. They put her on the third floor and us on the fourth. After a conversation with the person at the desk they moved my mother to the fourth floor. A whole hall away. When I went down to the desk the person on duty said"You aren't dealing with Booking now you are dealing with the hotel, there is fee but I will waive it.@

The staff was very friendly and the rooms and breakfast area was clean and very well kept. The lady working the breakfast area September 12 and 13 was very mindful and attentive to the guests needs.

Kids running and screaming up and down the hall all night. I couldn’t sleep and it was the worst to have to get up at 6am after hearing hours of kids running around. Their parents should be ashamed

The hotel was 8 minutes away from the field we were playing on. The breakfast was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help in any way we needed help, they were friendly and a great host to the softball parents that was there for a 2 day tournament. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Duncan area. The room we had was the king suite, it was spacious for my family of three and they enjoyed it to the fullest.

Clean, good beds, good breakfast, good location Closet was not really a closet and the faucet position in the sink was not good.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

Appreciated the written material of places to have dinner. Plants outside the front door were in desperate need of water. We mentioned it to desk clerk who said it was maintenence who was responsible and no one was there at the time we mentioned it. So we filled a couple of coffee cups to give the plants a small sip of water. They appeared very neglected.
