WoodSpring Suites Spartanburg - Duncan

Not a damn thing I'm sorry they messed with me mentally that day. Never forget it n always go thru the motions from that stay##MY ANNIVERSARY Night Everything all the accommodations told a different story on property vs. online reservation

It was my first time staying at this WoodSpring Suites Spartanburg I have been to of woodsprings location and they were very clean and updated with everything. This area was horrible, no lap, Television was very small and furniture is old and it said no smoking but in the hallway it smelled like cigarette and the old smell and when I got home, I had broke out. I don’t know if they had bedbugs, but I have bite marks on my lower leg.

Absolutely nothing Had to move to 3 different rooms , blinds wouldn’t close , heat wouldn’t work , someone had left pee in toilet right before we got there paid for a double and had to move into a one bed for 4 people .

DON"T DO IT!!! Spend the extra money and go up the road. There was no staff at night just a kiosk with a lady in India on it. I got double charged for my room and they kept the $50 deposit on top of that. There was no hot water and a literal cockroach in my bathroom. Stains all over the carpet in the hallways and dog piss in the elevator. Overall it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and thats saying alot because I travel for work. Save yourself some headaches and just spend the extra few a night to stay up the road.

Bad

Location There was an awful smell in the building and a urine smell in the first room that I was given, room 127. The lock on the door didn’t work so I was moved to room 238. The bed was so uncomfortable and my body hurts from the poor quality. The refrigerator in the room looked like a crime scene.

Nothing Bad smell and poor costumer service in the night shift

Exceptional

Used to be a good place but now it’s DEFINITELY NOT

Yes, I get it, it's cheap but, you get what you pay for. Please don't stay here with your children, this place is shady. Unsavory types hanging outside, a bit scary location. Should be called Bates Motel not Woodspring Suites. This property sprung a long time ago.

Poor

Great stay

Bad my husband was asking to leave said he was smoking in the room they call the police

It’s not a bad place but it could be better. The price is not bad as well. Overall I’d recommend this place

Bad

Unfortunately I have to say this hotel is very poorly managed, not clean, hallways are dirty, foul order every where, I wish I new it was a pet friendly because there were too many. It look like homeless people were living there, no internet.

Bad

Pleasant

Nasty Drug addicts
