Quality Inn Duncan - Spartanburg West

Dirty bathroom, caulk coming out in hunks around the toilet, room smelled like marijuana, and most outlets didn’t work in room. Outside there were beer cans, cigarette butts, socks on the stairs after people partied all night and nothing cleaned up a day later. Free breakfast was out of waffle fix and had minimal options. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Breakfast has been better in the past. Staff could be a little more welcoming.

It was just peace process and stay what else can I say

I was surprised at how pleasant my stay was. This hotel has been updated and is in very decent condition. I was generally very quiet and I managed to get the rest I needed

Wented till I got there?And could not get room due to fifty dollars a night for dog that weighs less than five pounds

It was just okay. I mean for a night to be at the airport at 4 am. The sheets had cigarette burns throughout, but they looked clean.

The only thing that could have been better would be to have more than 1 desk clerk checking guests in.

We had to wait awhile at the front desk and finally call the desk number to let someone know we were waiting to check in, but the man was quite nice when he arrived. It's an older motel undergoing some renovation and the room doors are on the outside rather than the inside corridors. I wish that was mentioned on the website. Check out was better and breakfast offerings were nice.

The plugs on the lamps were too loose we couldn’t get out CPAP machines to stay plugged one wall outlaw for the floor lamp wasn’t working at all so that was an issue for the other CPAP user. That was so inconvenient.
