Quality Inn Duncan - Spartanburg West

Rooms were fine no issues. Beds comfy and sheets are clean. The only downfall is the breakfast. Not much at all to choose from.

Pet friendly. Nice room. Plenty of space and very clean.

When I arrived, I noticed a door that was labeled night check in, and there was a sign lit up that said open. I went into the night checking room. I saw the staff walk to the counter plug in her phone and start scrolling rather than greet me or motion for me to come around to the main lobby. I was then informed There was a three dollar per night fee, not covered by the expedia charge. Of course, you can't refuse to pay this because the room is non refundable, and if you don't pay the three dollars per night, they won't let you stay and you won't get your money back. The staff member kept mumbling and walking away from me as she was telling me things such as the reason for the $3 per night charge. She never stated what my room number was. The room spelled musty, so the bed smelled musty, and the blanket smelled musty. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

The convinced of nearby restaurants, gas stations and close to the highway. Not very clean. Windows very dirty, the AC gave off a smell that reminded me of urin and the sope dispenser by the sink look like it has never been wiped clean.

Cleansness No coffee pot in the room

The pool After paying for early arrival, the morning and early afternoon clerks were nice but The late afternoon clerk was sooo rude I spoke with a manager and received full refund. The room was decent, the bathroom was stained with something brown on the back of door with fingerprints and under toilet paper handle. I will not be returning.

Dirty bathroom, caulk coming out in hunks around the toilet, room smelled like marijuana, and most outlets didn’t work in room. Outside there were beer cans, cigarette butts, socks on the stairs after people partied all night and nothing cleaned up a day later. Free breakfast was out of waffle fix and had minimal options. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Breakfast has been better in the past. Staff could be a little more welcoming.

Room was hot, pool was dirty and the bed linens wasn’t clean and they told me I couldn’t leave with my breakfast Everything

The just took at the pool cover and it was gross, breakfast was okay

I was surprised at how pleasant my stay was. This hotel has been updated and is in very decent condition. I was generally very quiet and I managed to get the rest I needed

Wented till I got there?And could not get room due to fifty dollars a night for dog that weighs less than five pounds

It was just okay. I mean for a night to be at the airport at 4 am. The sheets had cigarette burns throughout, but they looked clean.
