At least the beds were cleaned. Not much else though. A/C didn't work so it was hot which made it hard to sleep. TV remote also didnt work. Appreciated that they are pet friendly. Overall I think it could be cleaned better and maintained better for the price you pay but we only stayed one night so it was okay. The staff was super nice and helpful

Nothing Bad location, dirty room with dead bugs on the window sill, odors. Motel photos are deceiving making one believe it is a good place.

The room when I got there , I pulled back the sheet and it was fresh stains everywhere, bugs in the drawer and on floor, the lamps fixture was rusty and a few would not come on. The towels and wash cloths were stain as well luckly I brought my owns, the desk attendant was not friendly at all, and only talk to me when I went to complain about what I came into, she did offer me new sheets etc. Or another room but was not friendly at all.

It was good for what it was for.

The hot tub in room was nice Dead roach behind curtain dead cricket beside night stand melted ice cream bar in refrigerator.

Overall, good for the value. No soap in the shower dispenser. But room was clean, staff was friendly.

The matress cover had stain on it on one of the beds. The fridge wasn't clean. Didn't gave a coffee maker in room.

Comfortable bed. Easy middle of the night check in. Bathroom was clean but old. Heat worked good. No pet fee for first dog!

Everything It was great

They dont have do not disturb plaques, they came into my room emptied garbages, refreshed towels but never changed the sheets on the beds. I cleaned the floors and tub myself as they had spots and were sticky. You cant hook up anything to the tv so if you travel with gamers dont bother, no systems can be hooked up.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. We didn’t tell have issues with the ac unit in room 220. We only had issues when we checked out trying to get our deposit back. We were told upon check in that we would get deposit back and asked if we could check out at 6am and still get it back, lady said yes. When checking out, the guy with the manbun gave us problems. He is rude and disrespectful. In the end, we got our deposit back. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend for families.

Nothing Very very dirty. I mean like ain’t been cleaned in months bugs and dirt everywhere’s . Linens were nasty and stained . Staff didn’t seem to care how dirty the place was or shocked .
