marvelous hotel, great breakfast bar, very nice people

We like self parking. Great breakfast. Clean room, suite was equipped with everything you needed for extended stay. Front desk Staff were professional and friendly, especially we would like to highlight a staff member who welcomed us at our check- in on 09/19/26 @4:30-5:00 pm. We greatly appreciate her amazing personality and professionalism

Solid place to stay. No issues other than one of the elevators being out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was not very clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It is located in a very odd area. I would not stay there again

Very nice room, good hearty breakfast, friendly staff, good location, cheap laundry. everything you need for an extended stay.

Water never got hot to take a shower. Breakfast wasn’t impressed at all.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. Sadly, I checked out before breakfast so I have no input for that.

But the killer was when my husband went to take a shower before a dinner show and there was no water! It would have been nice to know they were shutting it off to repair a leak. We were compensated for this which helped this review. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and there was ample storage - even a lighted closet. The kitchen had a dishwasher and garbage disposal! The property is scheduled for renovation.

Clean and large room. Only 1 elevator was working so it was slow getting to other floors and at checkout Sunday morning. Breakfast options were very limited and they ran out of some of the options one of the days.

Excellent service! We stayed for 5 days, and breakfast was included. They also offered complimentary bottled water and cookies anytime throughout the day! There’s a Chick-fil-A, QuikTrip, pizza in, and Starbucks just a few steps away, which was super convenient. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was expensive for what it was. Clean and convenient but too pricey.

Wonderful all around

The residual disinfectant smell was the most bothersome. There was no ability to get fresh air in the room: no controllable bathroom fan, no ability to pull fresh air through the room as there was no ability to to open a window. The dog station overflowed for 2 days and although emptied after day 2 had no replacement bags after day one...we fortunately had our own! We had no time to use the pool or gym so could not rate amenities. The cost to stay there was high.

Clean and in a great location No complaints. I liked everything

Breakfast was killer! Staff was super helpful with a billing issue. Rooms were large and clean, six of us in one room. You can check out skillets to help make meals in the room. Theres also two outdoor grilles and a pool with a water fountain, shower, and bathroom connected. Only one elevator was running and staff also had to use it, but it was never a problem.

The property was clean and loading and unloading was easy The room was exactly as expected. The refrigerator and freezer were not cold at the onset. This is one of the main reasons we chose the suites. We alerted the front desk and Tabitha was wonderful. By morning though it seemed to be at a good temperature. Just wondering if it was not plugged in until we arrived or what the deal was.
