Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and the sunset! Helpful staff and wonderful clean pool. Would stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to downtown Dunedin & several restaurants. It’s a short drive to Honeymoon Island

Everything was great! The room was clean & comfortable. From our balcony we could see the fireworks in Clearwater. The staff was polite & attentive. Wonderful stay. Will go again.

No accommodation for trailers while being right on the marina. Rooms are outdated, bathrooms are extremely uncomfortable and tiny. Parking is a mess! No blackout curtains at all. Will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and room was nice and spacious. It is an older place with renovations, but some things could use attention. The entry door doesn’t close very easy; you practically have to slam it for it to stay closed. Pool was nice. Had it all to myself as the hotel seemed only half occupied mid-week. Location is great. Close to everything. Walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant and bar were great with wonderful live music. Staff was friendly. Location is fantastic. Pool was very clean. Bathrooms need to be updated but overall great experience.

Watch the description of your room carefully and perhaps verify the room with the hotel staff. The room we booked based on photos was not the one we were assigned and we needed a seperate bedroom in the suite. Expedia customer service and hotel staff worked VERY hard to resolve the issue and they definitely did. I've always said you learn more about an organization when something doesn't go according to plan and you see how they handle it. Everyone was very customer focused and really wanted to make things right. We were so grateful. Their hot tub on property ACTUALLY WORKS! We were happy to see that. There are also a number of nice eateries and shops within easy walking distance. We plan to come back very soon!

Shame on Best Western. Filthy arm chair in the room. Too disgusting to sit in. Bathtub did not drain and filled up with each shower. Pieces of the nightstand were broken off. The hoyer lift at the pool was broken so nobody with a disability would have been able to use the pool. There was rust and metal pillars cracked off and held together to a fence with wire supporting the roof over the walkway on the second floor. The railing to walk into the pool down the steps coming out and rusted at the base causing it to move when holding onto it. The railing from the second floor along the harbor side was rickety and wobbly when you leaned on it. There were only two umbrellas at the pool. One was broken. A hotel pool in Florida should have several umbrellas scattered around the chairs for the guests comfort. I am okay with an older property. Some have character. This property was just falling apart with roof rot, cracks in the foundation, railings, fences and other areas. Just an accident waiting to happen. So unbelievably disappointed in Best Western. A huge Hotel corporation who can obviously afford to better maintain thier properties.

Beds were very hard. Hotel is old. Bird poop all over. The smell from the ocean on the side was horrible. Probably would not stay here again.

The hot tub wasnt working and I didnt know that before I booked but the pool was super warm. Regardless I will be returning. The location is incredible sunsets from either of the near by old bay cafe and bon appetite are unbeatable. The staff at everywhere nearby is impecable. Downtown dunedin is within walking distance and has lots to do. Book the stay you won't regret it.
