Quick check-in with very helpful staff. Antiseptic odor in hallways. Limited access to space for dogs. Room had smell that caused runny nose.

The view from our room was great. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Great value overall!

Great location, facility and room was very clean. Breakfast could have improvements in quality and better choices but overall stay was great.

There are, however, several areas that need improvement. The Wi-Fi signal in our third-floor room was very weak, and our tablet was unable to connect. The treadmill and TV in the small gym were not working, and the hairdryer in our room was broken. The pool, spa, and surrounding deck also had a considerable amount of leaves and could have used more attention. The remote control in our room did not work when we arrived. I had to go to the front desk on the second day to get new batteries before it worked. After making several trips to the front desk over a three-day period, the only issue that was eventually resolved was the broken hairdryer. While we enjoyed our stay overall, I believe the hotel should do a better job of keeping the facilities maintained and responding promptly to guest concerns. Addressing these relatively minor issues would make an otherwise very good hotel experience even better.

I especially chose this hotel for the location. I loved being so close to the Pinellas Trail and also being able to walk to downtown Dunedin along the sidewalk on Edgewater. Beautiful sunsets, affordable price, very clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The staff was great. The location cannot be beat beautiful wonderful views from the room. Great walking right by the water close to everything come here you'll love it.

A nice pool and hot tub close to Dunedin, Clearwater, with a water side park a short walk from the hotel.

Stair wells hot and musty no linins for the pullout bed had yo go to front desk and ask for them and was tols not sure if they had any. Luckily she found sheets and blanket no pillows though

Nice place to stay over for a few days, enjoyed my stay there, rooms were nice. I also loved the view. it was close to a lot of places… will definitely come back. 🙂

Clean Breakfast ends way too early at 9am. The website says they are 6 minutes from pier 60 driving but it’s more Like 18 minutes

Jayla at the front desk of Comfort Suites was very helpful and made it up to us. Next time I don’t think I’ll book thru Expedia.
