The hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool, and close enough to downtown to walk.

Neat, stately hotel but pool and bar do close earlier than most. But not the draw for this boutique gem.

Stayed over the 4th of July weekend and loved it! Exceptionally clean!! Clean and refreshing pool. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views and loved the whole vibe!

Staff at valet parking and front desk were amazing! Roof top bar - horrible service until complained after waiting over an hour for a second drink which had to go to bar to order and the menu is very minimal. Cooked in same kitchen as steak house so could certainly be expanded. Rooms need at least 1 chair . No place to sit but ample room for 2 chairs. Even a bistro table and chairs! Charge for parking seems like price gouging since have to valet. Other hotels in same price point ($400 plus) are much better managed and rooms more “useable”. Would not return

Very lovely spot to stay a few days. The staff is friendly and helpful. They get 5 gold stars. The bed is super comfy. The location is superb. There is a great sidewalk along the waterway to walk each day, with an easy walk to shopping, ice cream, restaurants. I recommend the Living Room. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar as the view is great. Dunedin is a great day to spend an afternoon and evening.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The Fenway has been beautifully renovated while keeping its historic ambiance. Staff were quick to respond to all requests and the welcoming raspberry mimosa was delicious!
