Location was great and hotel was clean and nice. It’s fairly new so everything was in good condition. Each room had a small balcony and pool was nice. Quiet location amongst a neighborhood. Dunedin is a fantastic place to visit!

Location was fantastic in the midst of downtown Dunedin. Room was minimal but comfortable & very clean. Staff was welcoming. Nice to be able to get coffee & a muffin each morning. This is picky, but the doors to the exterior were very heavy & difficult to open.

Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small. Coffee and a few snacks in the lobby in the morning. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Misleading information on site. Said I was going to have a balcony view of a garden. Lol I had a patio with two steps that looked at a privacy fence. Chose this specifically for the balcony with view so was disappointed to see well nothing…also parking accommodations are narrow I had a full size pickup truck and it was very difficult to park. No other parking was available in the area…

Gotta be careful of pricing, as they are not economical for extended stays. Convenient onsite parking in garage under hotel. Would be a bit tight for F-150 pickup though.....

Great location for walking around downtown. Shops and restaurants close by. Rooms were large, comfy beds, nice bathrooms.

Beautiful large clean room with comfortable bedding. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the pool. The hotel I was told is 2 yrs old, it still looks brand Other guests, next room had tv on most of night and barking dogs down hall.

Kind of a high end monastery in furnishings; hardly homey. Slipped in the shower twice in 2 days. Pool is a joke. Other than that if you can get a good rate from the hotel bargin brokers. it's OK.

Great location! Comfortable room. Nice balcony. There is no breakfast. They offer coffee and tea and a cheap, yucky packaged muffin. Fortunately, there are nice places for breakfast nearby.
