Very nice and cleaning let's stay there again if I'm in the area

The room was clean and the bar staff were nice. Thats really it. The A/C in the room didn't work. The refridgerator also didnt work. When my wife called to get new sheets for the bed she was told "I am busy right now, and housekeeping isnt here so I dont know if I can help." They then proceeded to bring us only the wrong size sheets and towels.

The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of amenities. I particularly liked the sink and shelf outside of the bathroom. It’s was very quiet there. The staff was extremely helpful when we realized we left something behind. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Convenient to highway, bed comfortable, huge bathroom and lots of counter space on sink. Lots of storage The floor and carpet looked dirty when you came in the main entrance. We had an assessable room so the shower was ultra tiny my husband and I (separately of course) had to shower with curtain open so water got on floor.

It was clean, the heat worked and the tv worked. It was spacious The level of noise, the chair didn’t meet the counter level. It was very difficult to get a bottle of water, they said they ran out at night, no one was working at the bar past 10pm to get change for the vending machine. Then the woman found bottled water. The next day I finally got changed and the vending machine would not take it. Frustrating.

The hotel is cozy, quiet, and suitable for family relaxation. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay.

The rooms were spacious enough, with good lighting, and the beds were large and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. We were also glad to find that the swimming pool was a decent size and enjoyable for the family. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, we found some of the front desk staff to be less friendly and welcoming than expected. Unfortunately, we experienced a similar attitude at the hotel restaurant, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. We actually chose this hotel partly because Booking.com described the breakfast as “fabulous.” Unfortunately, we found the breakfast quite disappointing and it did not live up to that description. The rooms were comfortable overall, but they could also use some renovation and updating. With a more welcoming approach from the staff, an improved breakfast, and some refurbishment of the rooms, this hotel could be a much better experience.
