Breakfast not included but kids eat free. Problem is the free kids menu isn’t at the table, its on the back of a kids coloring paper you grab yourself. Confirmed that kids ate free before ordering but ended up not being free because we didn’t order from this separate menu that they never provided 😂 a bit annoying but overall food was fine. For price would highly recommend a diner alternative for breakfast

Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious public areas. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Chair was very uncomfortable. Room never really got dark.

Good stay at this Holiday Inn. Only company the bed was too high. Getting in and out was a challenge.

Only 1 waitress available for breakfast and she chose to make another table a priority who came after us because they had children, she explicitely said it, that she would attend the kids first. She was argumentative when I comfronted her about it mentioning we felt discriminated. We were waiting a good 30mins and she never attended us even though we were first. I brought it up to the attention of the front desk and luckily the person there was nice, she personally served us. Another gentleman witnessed the ordeal and agreed with us on unfair treatment. We did not feel comfortable having anymore breakfast for the remainder of our stay due to the disappointing waitress and wait. We had cold supermarket boiled eggs for next couple of days to avoid a headache. The room also has no microwave so guests are left to rely on the restaurant with hit or miss service. Its a shame because the first night we had a decent meal there and had a different waitress who was very nice. The place could do better if they had more wait staff for the breakfast service. I had a pleasant stay. I would have preferred a room closer to the lobby because I have some issues walking distances. Other than that, all good.
