Close and convenient to everything in the Acranton area

I have stayed here several times and it was always enjoyable, the staff is always great. The rooms had always been clean in the past, however the room was visibly dirty this stay, my feet actually got dirty stepping out of the shower. There was also dirt/dust throughout the room. It was very disappointing.

My only issue was that my door kept sticking and was hard to open. Also would be nice to have laundry room open later or 24 hours.

Great stay, we were in town for steamtown, this place was convenient, inside was clean, outside could use some picking up. I would stay here again.

quiet, clean, and well priced

Very helpful staff Pool needed to be cleaned. Tiles inside of pool had a layer of dirt on them. Pool water needs to treated. And floor vacuumed. It was over all can. But needs work

Desk clerk very uncaring rock left at exit door near my room told leave it that way for smokers I was woken up every 2 hours by noise of smokers they would bang on doors thru out night Every thing

The room was clean but a bit dated. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of breakfast food, juice and fruit.

Very clean. A little difficult to get to. Our phone didn’t work,and the T V kept going off.

The breakfast Room smelled my mold, shower was out dated and just left weird, the sheets were badly wrinkled already and the blankets had big yellow stains on them.

It was close to the event, and other locations I came to see. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with locations. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. When entering the room there was a part of a blunt on the floor and wrapping on the bedding and ash on the comforter. When I asked housekeeping to change the bedding they just changed the sheet. The pool was cloudy and when getting out there were blue flakes that looked like paint all over the inside of my suit and on my shoes. Using the AC caused a moisture in the air that could be felt through the sheets.

The contentential breakfast was not bad, the attendant was very friendly and prompt to your needs. I did't like the $35.00 dollar a night pet fee that was sprung on me at check in OR that the key card reader on the one end of the property didn't work so there was a stone that kept the door open. (Not very safe - I would remove it and it would appear again!) Then the final stray was in my 4 night 5 day stay my room was NEVER cleaned!! I was told that my do not disturb sign was on the door and all I got from the front desk attendant was a "Sorry". I had to clean my own room, empty the trash, replace bathroom products and get clean towels. I paid an extra $140 for a service animal and received no room cleaning.

Just needed a little landscape maintenance outside.

For price great pkace to lay your head overnight, Joe the breakfast guy was the most personable man I ever met and can’t wait to stay there again to say hi, rest of staff was awesome and helpful too
