This property was filthy. Upon entering the lobby floor fans were being used for a water event . The room smelled damp and musty. The cards to open our door didn’t work. There were two large spots on the hall carpet as you entered the doorway to the room that were sticky . The room was dirty , dusty and the bathroom was disgusting . The toilet seat was very loose , the toilet was difficult to flush. I skipped getting a shower because the tub caulking was moldy. There was smeared dried something on the wall of the shower. The door to the bathroom looked like someone threw up on it and never wiped it clean. There was a capsule/pill on the floor under the sink. And popcorn kernels . It was so gross . Unfortunately I had to stay. I didn’t unpack my bag for fear of bugs . I laid bath towels on the bed and slept on top of the sheets .

The shower had plenty of hot water, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable, although the sausage is the worst I have ever tasted. The shower had what appeared to be mold growing in it. The ceiling had peeling paint and black scuff marks on it. The view out the window was of an industrial park of some kind, with loud trucks going past at time. I kept the window closed to block the noise. It was hard to find a parking space near the entrance, and when I drove around the back to look for parking, I wound up on a gravel lot. There was no usb port to charge my phone, which would be a nice perk. Carpet on the floor would have made the stay more comfortable, but maybe the tile floor was because it was a pet friendly room.

Nothing. The only reason I booked there was for convenience but that ended up costing me more money because I was not told about the pet fee in advance. If I had known I wouldn’t have booked it. Also non refundable. They don’t disclose information about the pet fee in advance and it was non refundable for the room so I was stuck paying it. The shower was disgusting and moldy. I got athletes foot after using it.

But the front desk staff are always great and guy who manages breakfast is awesome as well so

Staffing was really good Stains on sheet ,ceiling, lamp shades made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned,but after driving from Canada I was too tired to I even bother also was really out dated but if it had been clean that really would not have been an issue One night very tired did not take pictures!!

Check in was fast, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dated. There was some sort of leak by the ice machine which made the hallway smell damp and had fans to help with circulation. When we arrived, there was a group of people sitting at the picnic table outside smoking weed and playing loud music which made us feel uncomfortable.
