The gentle at the desk was very helpful very. Kind and put me in up in the profect room where it was nice and quiet. .

Disappointing

The staff was respectful.the place was clean. Would definitely stay again in the here future.

After arriving back from dinner around 10;30 I tried to enter my room but was unable to because the internal security latch had somehow moved to the locked position. I apprised the front desk of this. They were sympathetic and apologetic and attempted unsuccessfully for some time to gain entry. I was told that the maintenance person would not be available until 8 the next morning. They put me in another room, but I did not any of my toiletries, clean clothes or daily medications. At 8;20 the next morning I called the desk to inquire about the status of the maintenance person. I was informed that I had received incorrect information as they did not work full time on-site and would not be available until the end of their regular job. I could not afford the time to wait around indefinitely as I had an obligation 4 hours away in Massachusetts and I had missed my evening and morning medications at this point. A call was made to the hotel owner. The hotel owner arrived in about 30 minutes with a special tool. After multiple attempts he was unable to get into the room. He and I went to a local hardware store where he purchased some cutting tools. Upon our return, another staff member was standing outside my room with a crowbar. We were able to gain access in about 2 minutes. Where was this crowbar the night before? I suggested to the owner that comping my night's stay would be appropriate. He did not commit to that.

Breakfast was average. We wished that there was a table in front of the couch. Another hot breakfast items

Great for a quick layover. Easy to get to, clean for the most part, friendly staff, parking, and decent breakfast!

Should replace the toilets with chair height. The standard height toilets are very inconvenient for older people.

Location and basic things available including good breakfast. I had selected 2 queen bed room on booking.com however upon check-in front counter person told me I have one bed. She was able to arrange 2 beds right away.

Easy on and off highway and close to food and shopping choices. Breakfast would have been better with cooked eggs.

The evening desk staff was just amazing. I'm just sorry I don't recall his name. Blonde hair and as sweet as could be. Housekeeper also amazing.

The hotel cleanliness is immaculate. It slacked over Covid understandably. But the people running the front desk were amazing, they were very eager to please. And it’s only gotten better since. Can’t say enough about this hotel I recommended highly.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy but my stay was still pleasant and without incident. Will stay again while visiting my son at college.
