Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms.However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture.The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as well.They just need to replace a few things and it would go from being a decent hotel to fantastic.Again ALL the staff were very pleasant.

Michael at the front desk is the best. Very welcoming and went above and beyond.

Amazing staff very helpful

We had a wonderful experience, our room was clean and cozy, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the woman who worked in the kitchen/ breakfast area was the absolute best! She really made our day start off wonderful!

The room had a window air conditioner that wasn’t effective for the bedroom or bathroom. I assume it was a temporary setup but we should have been informed about it.

Pool was under renovation, the only reason i booked was for the pool very disappointing

Pool was closed for refurbishment that we were unaware of. Had 34 in our group with lots of kids so was a disappointment. Otherwise great place

Came back to the room after breakfast to find a stranger in the room poking around. Asked the front desk who he was and was given no explanation. I considered calling the police. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive...so a long time Marriott customer is no more.

The pool was closed and our room didn't have a sofa couch as advertised. The staff was nice and tried to find another accommodation, but to no avail. The two main reasons why I booked this hotel was so the kids could swim off energy after spending 8 hours in the car, and so we could have 3 separate beds, neither of which we got.

Staff was. very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was nice although I didn’t really use service. Bed was comfortable. 2 thumbs up

The front desk associate Mark. I believe his name is. Was above and beyond he really deserves a raise or promotion something. He made us feel so welcome. The room was nice and clean. The pool was closed, so that was very disappointing and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The kids were supremely disappointed. I understand that it was being renovated but there was no warning about this ahead of time. Or I would have chosen a different hotel for the price point.

Clean room

Very good, clean hotel; the staff were lovely and the hot breakfast was good. Would absolutely recommend the Residence Inn.

A big suite with 2 room. We were 4 people and had plenty of room. There are also 2 bathroom who made it easier to get organized. The kitchen is big and have everything you need. Coffee maker didn't work well

The staff was absolutely wonderful, they made sure we had an accommodation for my special needs son and our service dog.

Breakfast had a very good variety of food and the location was good. Only a few issues like the pool not being available and not being told it was out of service. Also the outside recreation area being used late at night disturbed our sleep.

Breakfast was delicious with great variety of options. Pool not open due to renovations, but also totally understood and appreciate wanting to upkeep everything.

This is not a hotel issue, it is a Booking.com issue, I indicated I was traveling with a pet and there was no mention of a pet fee which is $100 non refundable, typical fee, just should be mentioned when booking and checking the appropriate box.
