The staff was absolutely wonderful, they made sure we had an accommodation for my special needs son and our service dog.

Breakfast had a very good variety of food and the location was good. Only a few issues like the pool not being available and not being told it was out of service. Also the outside recreation area being used late at night disturbed our sleep.

Breakfast was delicious with great variety of options. Pool not open due to renovations, but also totally understood and appreciate wanting to upkeep everything.

This is not a hotel issue, it is a Booking.com issue, I indicated I was traveling with a pet and there was no mention of a pet fee which is $100 non refundable, typical fee, just should be mentioned when booking and checking the appropriate box.

This might be one of the freshest, cleanest, prettiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I enjoyed all the amenities my room had to offer. And the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. A marvelous experience from start to finish! There wasn’t one thing I disliked!

I did love how clean and updated it was! Yes, the walls in 321 definitely could have been cleaner. Mainly around the doors. Also was very disappointed about the pool being closed without that being on the webpage while booking. I had taken my kids, and that’s the main reason I booked. Sad kiddos

Based on my needs the location was great. They also could have offered other breakfast meat options other than pork sausage which makes me think they don’t care if some folks don’t eat pork. The bed felt horrible. It was a queen when I booked a king but was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite because I arrived late and they gave me and my cousins rooms away and gave us what they wanted without warning. I rather had a comfortable king bed than a 1 bedroom suite because we arrived late. They also split us up on separate floors when we asked to be next to each other or at least on the same floor. The TV in the bedroom did not work very well at all.

The reason I rated everything low was because we were traveling to my stepson' wedding and when we arrived to check in we were told they over booked and we had to go over to their sister property. I was told I would be given a reduction in cost because of not getting the room we reserved but I have not had any notice saying that this was done despite we just had a normal room and not the full kitchen I was expecting. I was extremely disappointed and as a result can in no way give it a good rating despite usually liking almost every one we have stayed at. Being told once we went to check in they had no room for us and we had to go to their sister property. Also being told I would have a reduction in price because of the change and then not receiving it. Very bad customer service.

Room was clean Gloomy halls and elevators… dogs in many rooms. Most of the guests were men with construction jobs(apparently) which made for uncomfortable situation. It was a terrible location, surrounded by malls and no ambience in area.

Property is very clean and safe.

Place was fine. I was there for a week and nobody ever serviced my room. That was the only downside

My stay was exceptionally good. I just have one complaint and that being when taking a shower the water was very slow in draining out of the tub.

Location, cleanliness, allows pets

Very upset that I had to go to the “policy” section to see the pool in all the pictures was closed. In other online sites they said right on the page pool closed. I got 150 dollar credit to only use booking through them again for another vacation. The person wouldn’t give me a supervisor and was actually very rude and not listening to what I said. Because even in their policy section they showed me it said closed Monday-Thursday which would make it seem as if it were open Friday-Sunday. I had no choice but to accept something but I wasn’t very happy.

Stayed here for work, nice owners and nice place.

Friendly staff

Honestly had the worst sleep ive ever had at a hotel before. I didnt realize i would have to listen to the Sams club unloading dock all night. Crashing and banging. It was so loud. The dishes in our room were dirty and had to be washed. I mean, the coffee mugs had rings in them... the breakfast, which is raved about, was pretty mid at best. They lacked options every morning. The sofa bed was also so uncomfortable my kid's had an awful time going to sleep. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with this stay.

I've been staying here for years and the staff is always friendly, and helpful. I love the location. In recent years I have had to pay for parking but this year I did. Also the pool is never open
