Great location.

Needs some sprucing up. Many items were not working properly like the bathroom fan and door. Room was not particularly clean. Dirt in corners and sheets on one bed were dirty. Management dealt with issues and provided assurance that they would be addressed.

Dont know who or what was in the room over mine but it was a little too loud......

Stay was overnight. Good access to route 6 and I 81. Room was clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had the standard buffet food plus a waffle maker. Staff was pleasant. It was close to a mall and major box stores if that is of interest. The breakfast room was small making it hard to navigate around tables. There was only 1 elevator that was very slow. There was no wheelchair ramp off the front door so that you needed to lift your suitcase over a curb. It would be very inconvenient for someone with a wheelchair or walker. The driveway to the hotel was full of potholes.

Great value, clean, and friendly staff. I was really disappointed with their $20 fee for "incidentals". We left our room neat and didn't take anything. So I'm not sure why we were charged fir this.

I was very pleased with the rooms cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. The drain in the sink would drain just kept filling the sink, so we took the drain out. We let staff at desk know when we left and they took note of it. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Even asked if we wanted the first floor or second. Overall I loved the place.

There is no pool at this hotel. They have permission to use the pool at the other hotel behind them also owned by Marriot. However; the pool was under repair so not available for use. The door lock for our room wasn't working and they did move us to another room. There are no restaurants within walking distance so drive or have door dash delivery.

It was centrally located to the events were attending. No room service during our two night stay.

In a situation like your breakfast area I have experienced this before and usually just find a restaurant to eat breakfast. However, in this case we needed to be somewhere at a certain time so we just grabbed a couple of things for a quick bite and left.

Cons: The toilet tank fill valve broke and sprayed water all over the floor. The hotel staff provided a second room to use the bathroom. Expedia charged $22 more for the room than what the hotel’s emailed statement stated. I disputed the charges but the hotel staff said the billing was correct. The breakfast was below average and the breakfast dining area was too crowded.

The staff was friendly, check in and check out were easy, room was acceptable, breakfast was very good and coffee was excellent. Biggest problem was getting WiFi! Seriously? I was told by the desk clerk that they were trying something new and it was because I had an iPhone. I was given a phone number to call for assistance. I tried calling a few times and couldn’t get a live voice and the prompts were no help. Stayed 5 nights with no internet- thought about going somewhere else but it was a hassle so passed. Next time- I’ll be sure to ask ahead of time about WiFi or I’ll go somewhere else. Disappointed.

Nice breakfast. They let us use the breakfast room for a group “happy hour.” Clean.
