Person at front desk was not helpful, not welcoming

We picked Fairfield because it fit the sweet spot of location, price and quality. We chose right! The breakfast was decent with several options. The coffee plentiful. The room comfortable. We liked the fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ice machine conveniences. The area has many dining options. Worked out great. Front desk and breakfast room personnel pleasant. All good.

I had a need for accessibility. since it was a last minute booking I didn't get to pick however the minute they saw my family member on wheel chair they provided an appropriate room.

The duvet in our bedroom were stained, torn and stuff and coming out. The Wi-Fi constantly dropped Internet connection. In the bathroom sink was clogged and extremely slow to drain.

Location was great. Very close to everything in Scranton but out of the way enough not to worry about parking and such. Three long black hairs on the sheet and it was somewhat wrinkled leading me to believe it hadn’t been washed. I did happen to see whom I presumed to be the housekeeper at a later time in our visit. Her hair matched what was left on the bed so I’m guessing she left a few behind while making it. She was also standing by the front desk berating the night desk guy about his inability to accomplish anything at all during his shift. Looks to me like there are areas of improvement available for both staff members

I had no wifi at this hotel that was my biggest complaint. They need to have a stronger WiFi connection.

The breakfast sausage were awful. I didn't enjoy the selection but front staff was great and accommodating.

The staff Our sink was clogged. We only got 1 wash clothes each time they cleaned for 2 people there was a wasp nest outside back entrance my boyfriend got stung. The cable wasn't clear & no way to sign into Netflix & 1 day no meat at 730 at breakfast. Yes it was that bad but the staff were friendly

Very comfy bed, clean room, great breakfast (did not expect scrambled eggs and turkey sausage with a continental breakfast). Place was overall good, but the walls in all the hallways are dinged up by service carts. Not a good look.

I was moving from one vacation spot to another and needed laundry done. I was able to go to partner property next door and do laundry. Very reasonable and clean. Big plus when you’re traveling!
