Place is run down and out dated

I got there and room was not reserved. They gave me a room with no coffee maker, fridge, microwave or chanels on the television

I’m extremely dissatisfied. The door would not lock…you could walk right in the room with no key. The towels and the bedding was disgusting, they were stained and dirty, the bedding also had burn marks. The tv would not work. The floors were dirty, my white socks were filthy from walking on the floor. When I went to complain, I was told there were no more rooms with a frig and microwave. The picture of the pool in the ad was very deceiving, extremely small. I was offered no compensation. I will never stay there again. Save your money.

Dirty room, staff were terrible and I'm being charged for a room I didn't stay in which u guys condone! I am in touch with a lawyer also collect screenshots from the agents I chatted with on Expedia n telling everyone not to use ur service because u will send them to places like this! My stuff is already going viral! And then also have ur agents disconnected me when asking what else can I do! Not only that because I was reasonable mad when I was told by the guy at the front desk last night that I was going to get a free night stay after took me an hour and 15 plus rooms to find one good one he said he was going to issue me a refund the next morning I find out I can't get the refund and I'm being charged because I stayed the night I feel like that's a scam. I feel like they scam you like that which is crazy I already contacted the new stations as well and the fact that Expedia is doing nothing about this and thinks it's okay when I have problems with the hotel just because the hotel said something you take their side is not okay I'm very disappointed with Expedia too and I will no longer be using your services as well you can keep the $50

The staff did their best with this beat up old property. They were pleasant and helpful. No fridge or 'wave in the room, but they scored us one for the 2nd night. "Breakfast" was cold cereal, apples/bananas and Little Debbie snacks. No place to work in the common areas.

Nothing It was awful. It was dirty and smelled. It was not clean at all.

Maybe get rid of the street people and hookers. Payed for 3 nights and only stayed the one.

It seemed like they may have recently been renovated rooms so that was good. The building was in poor condition. The pool looked nice but the caretaker of it put chemicals in it after it was opened for the morning so we didn’t use it. I expected a real breakfast for 264$ a night. It was cereal, coffee, apples, prepackaged snacks and milk. Not even water to drink otherwise. I will never stay here again!

Nothing The room smelled like cat piss. The air conditioner made noise all night long. Some kids were trying to get through the connecting. Door all night long defundes. Clark gave us wrong information about where to eat and the cabinet was falling off the wall in the bathroom.

No mini frig or microwave in the room, room was not very clean, and the last day found 2 bugs coming out of the light socket

We stayed for a day. The lobby floor, infact, all the floors were dirty, had stain marks on floor, garbage bags were in the hallway. We had to change our room 2 times as in first one the connecting room door was not locked. second room - no electricity. Breakfast - just cereal,milk and fruits and packaged sweet rolls/buns or whatever you call them. tea/ coffee area was a mess too. Not a good experience.

The hotel is old and a lot of maintanance is needed. Things weeded repair in the rooms. THe common area was kept up.

This used to be a nice hotel . 89 dollars for a room for the night and it was terrible. The free breakfast was a joke . I will never stay there again

Past it's prime, unfortunately. It is centrally located. The room was clean, but the bathroom is in need of an update. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke, and the walls are very thin. Our noisy neighbor kept up through the night. This establishment seems to have some permanent residents.

Very friendly

Horrible place, full of roaches. Had to cancel my stay over there.
