Unfortunately, we experienced a very disturbing incident at the pool that cannot be ignored. We were in the hot tub with our 3-year-old son and another family with children when a woman suddenly became physically aggressive toward a man. She kicked him, threw his phone into the hot tub, screamed profanities, and continued yelling in front of several young children. One of the fathers asked her to calm down because children were present, but she continued using offensive language. My wife immediately went to notify the front desk. Although someone may have been sent downstairs, no employee ever came to check on our family or the other family to ask if everyone was okay. The children were visibly frightened. Our 3-year-old became so scared that when the man later returned to the pool area, he started crying and hid behind me because he thought the frightening situation was happening again. I understand that the hotel cannot always prevent guests from behaving badly. However, I do expect the hotel to respond appropriately when a violent disturbance happens in a family pool area. At the very least, checking on the families involved and making sure everyone felt safe would have shown genuine care for your guests.

The room itself was very nice, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean Im pretty sure the floor was softer than the mattress. We even tried the pull out bed which was less comfortable (but about what you would expect for a pull out bed). My boyfriend wound up sleeping on the sofa after we put it back together because of the three options it was the most comfortable, which isn't saying much

Good room, clean, decent view,

Great view, great staff, clean, quiet and relaxing.
-
Very clean lobby and rooms were perfect, and also very quiet not like other hotels where you hear everyone outside

We enjoyed the breakfast! The options were well thought out... including the beverages. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and room was clean.... without that overbearing bleach smell. Even the A/C was quiet and kept us cool! Nothing. It's not very often I say that about a hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay.

PET friendly, friendly and clean environment .

The breakfast was skimpy, there was no working ice machine in the building all weekend.

The Room: Very spacious, modern, and most importantly clean. Having streaming capabilities on the TV was a huge plus for winding down. The View: The patio/fire pit area is the crown jewel. Overlooking the Poconos is a 10/10 experience. The Staff: Truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Niah in housekeeping for the handwritten notes of encouragement on my counter—it’s rare to find that level of personal care. Cons: 1. The Pool Incident The amenities look great and I had the entire pool area to myself on Monday. The hot tub gets nice and toasty, though the jets were surprisingly weak—I’ve seen more "hustle" from hot tubs at budget motels. However, the real "excitement" happened when I exited. Despite the floor being dry, the moment my wet feet hit that tile, gravity decided we were no longer friends. I didn’t just slip; I had a "busted-my-ass" hard fall. Because the floor is so slick, I couldn't even get back up—I had to literally crawl to the nearest chair like I was in a tactical military drill. I’m just thankful the room was empty, though I hope whoever monitors the security cameras enjoyed the free entertainment! To management: That flooring choice is an absolute hazard for a public pool area. I’m very lucky I landed on my thigh and didn’t wack my head. Your caution signs are visible but a serious accident is waiting to happen. Or already has which is why you have them around (only hotel I’ve seen use them — then again other hotels don’t have a slip and slide floor). 2. The Pillows In keeping with hotel tradition, the pillows are essentially structural marshmallows. They are incredibly flimsy; I had to stack all three just to maintain a human-like sleeping posture. If you’re a side sleeper, consider bringing your own "structural support" from home.

Pool and hot tub Bed was horrible crap mattress pillows are terrible had better at a motel definitely not up to Hilton standards im used too. Toilet seat was loose and falling off pinched my genitals (male).

Staff was wonderful. Dorothy was constantly making sure our group was comfortable. Coffee area was always clean and open. I mainly ate hard boiled eggs but the fresh fruit was delicious. Very accommodating for our family reunion

Nice spacious suites for traveling with kids. Loved that the hotel had coffee/ tea always available, very nice breakfast included and we loved the pool. Our room had a slightly odd smell during our 4 night stay - maybe a pet had stayed directly before us? Beds were comfortable, pillows very soft but the bedding felt a bit cheap. We had room cleaned once during our stay and was only so-so, the pullout bed wasn't made, sheets were left all bunched up. Overall would stay again when in the area, price was fair for what you get. Not luxury but convenient and clean.

Coffee was excellent! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The usb charging ports in the room didn't work, which was inconvenient only because we forgot the charging blocks.
