Very good coffee machines in the breakfast area that are available all day

We've stayed at Holiday Inn Express many times, so we knew what to expect for breakfast. The food was hot, cooked perfectly, and the pancake machine did not disappoint. The staff working breakfast made sure everything was refilled promptly and that no one waited. I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon rolls that were hot and delicious. Breakfast included is a BIG factor for us in choosing to stay at an IHG property, and this location knocked it out of the park.

Upon obtaining our room key cards, we encountered an issue with their functionality. It took approximately 30 minutes to obtain a replacement set, which unfortunately also failed. Subsequently, it took an additional hour for the sole individual available to assist us. The problem extended beyond our room, affecting three other individuals, including an elderly woman. The woman informed us that she was the sole staff member on-site and eventually provided us with a new room.

We had a great stay, just an overnight stay, but would definitely book there again. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room and property was clean.

Wonderful multi-night stay! Fenced outdoor patio with furniture and games just off the pool and breakfast area was a great find. All the staff were very professional, kind, and helpful. Will return!

The folks at the desk were incredibly nice and the hotel is clean and centrally located. Great place to stay if your visiting Steam Town National Monument.

I was happy with the experience. It's a little more than I would normally pay, but it was convenient for my next day plans, and the staff were phenomenal!

Greeted by friendly and professional staff. Hotel is very clean, modern and very well decorated. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very nice outdoor seating area to relax in. Breakfast was a very good variety, fresh and plentiful. Definitely a great stay and already put it on our list for next time we are traveling that direction!

I love coming to this property, it is always clean, the employees make you feel at home. Kelvin was wonderful and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was clean and easy to get to. The staff was really friendly and great with the kids! Housekeeping even laid out their special blankets and stuffys on the beds making it a little more homey and the kids loved it! The eggs were gross. But that’s not a real complaint… just don’t eat ‘em. Am I right?

Arrived at midnight, Paul (Fella working the front) was amazing and welcoming and chipper especially given the fact that he was working a night shift. Property was a great location, great breakfast and pool area. Also a great canteen that also sold alcohol which we needed after a long day of driving. Great experience.

Room was very clean and well maintained and anything we needed was just a call away.

Everything was great. Definitely going back.
