Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Scranton by IHG

Great location while visiting my daughter for a few days! Helped and polite staff.

Exceptional

Great value.

Very clean and very friendly staff

I have stayed here a few times. This stay was the best yet. Much nicer staff and breakfast is still great!

Good location, spacious although somewhat dated rooms. Breakfast

The room was very clean, nicely organized breakfast and staff were very friendly throughout the entire stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great choice.

Very happy with our stay here. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms, the dining area the pool area. Everything was so spotless and clean. Every day they served something different for breakfast a nice variety. Very pleased would definitely recommend great for couples for families get-togethers.

Room access key should work consistently. I fafe exactly 3 times that the accesses were denied in last 2 days of our stay. Another suggestion is to provide proper access to lobby, swimming pool, gym etc. with room access at a single shot.

I must start by saying the check in staff were so kind. However, upon checking in (online reservation)they asked if I could change from 2 queen's to a king and sofa bed. I said that was fine as long as the new room still had a roll in shower. They said it did. It didn't. Who wants to go on vacation and not be able to shower? I couldn't. We were traveling with family who had already checked in to their room.. There was a huge stain on the sofa and rug. The room had a very odd smell. Again, front desk were so nice, but I stayed there for the roll in shower as I am in a wheel chair. There was none . There were no grab bars by the toilet. The room was not made for someone confined to a wheelchair :(

Very good

Excellent value, location and staff.

Very good

Clean and big room. Staffs are very nice and helpful

Clean hotel. The staff is great! Very attentive and friendly.

Check in staff was wonderful. Everything was clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast choices were good as well. Very pleased.

The location was great. The staff were great and we were happy to use a coupon to eat at restaurant close by I am allergic to wheat, so the only thing I ate was the scrambled eggs and an apple. We could hear people talking in the hallways when we were trying to sleep.

Very good

Everything was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast was very good. It was close to everything as well.
