Beds were comfy No soap, no towels, bathroom door busted, main door busted, no internet

The property is run down, and overpriced for what you get. I really didn't like anything but the price. The property is run down, and overpriced for what you get. Door frames are missing chunks of wood. Sheets are stained and have holes. Carpet is very old. Room smells of tobacco smoke. I am surprised that the failing city of scranton in the failed state of Pennsylvania, in the failing United States of America allows them to operate. This is why the United States of America is failing -- by not enforcing high standards. Places like this would not be allowed to operate in most other countries in North America.

I’m not looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is a perfect small place for one person (the room I got with one bed) when the garbage truck comes by the AC blows the smell into the room until it leaves. But that’s really it.

Very helpful staff, good price for the room and very comfortable, large bed. However, this is an older motel and it has seen better days.

Staff was nice. Price was cheap. Air conditioning worked well, cable t.v.. The placed looked run-down, unkept and had an odd smell to the entire place.

Stay away from this motel! My wife refused to stay there, stained bed sheets, dirty tub/shower, ceiling under renovation. Motel management refused to issue a refund.

Toilet seat paint was pealing. Even for a budget hotel this was subpar.

Is kinda closer I paid my room online I miss the pets part I do my shoppings pay bills etc they asked for the extra money for the dog but they dnt have everything I need to paid with my phone and they canceled and make me go somewhere else like right now I have that one for today when I went over they won't book a room. She said because is not payd off to mines well canceled

Quiet No fridge or microwave in room as expected.

It was cheap, they allowed my dog, the girl at the front desk was pleasant. I could see my car from my room. Other than street noise(not that bad)it was quiet. Mold all over, only 2 lights worked in the whole room, one in the bathroom, and one lamp by the the door. Outlets didnt work, door didnt shut well. Garbage all over the stoop in front of my room. There was a hole in the wall above the mirror with paper towels stuffed in it. All the drawers were broken. The place need some real tlc. I wasn't expecting alot of $70 but bare minimum no mold and lights that work. Maybe a outlets i could plug my phone into.

The staff Cockroaches all over.. I was actually requesting a refund

We found a bug on the bed crawling and another one crawling one bathroom wall and we didn’t have extra roll toilet paper or a refrigerator to keep are drinks cold this was the worse visit

The room was disgusting: broken furniture, ripped blanket, holes in the walls, broken floor in bathroom, stained sheets on the bed, just to name a few….if they want to run a place like that they should charge way less than $---/night, should be like $---.

Nothing Most rundown dirty hotel room I've ever been in. Stunk of spoke. Filty. We wouldn't even sit on the cigarette burned bed. We left immediately and took the loss. There were bullets shells in the parking lot and someone changing the oil in his truck

Bed is hard. Hair dryer was broken. Towels were stained. Hot water really wasn't hot water. Only 1 towel per room. Bring your own towels if you're checking in late. A/c worked good. The hot water not staying hot, and the bed was hard
