The front desk lady needs work on customer service. The bathroom towels are stained and should not be used. The place is just really dated. It’s definitely not as advertised.

to Walmart got a couple of bowls, plasticware, and paper towels. Still would stay there again. Great room for the price. things for breakfast. to

Room is small, but decent for a quick stay.

The staff is helpful and very nice. The rooms and supplies (i.e. towels, bedding, etc.) are dated and a little worn but clean. The mattresses are the most dated, we could even see the curve of the mattress as though they've experienced many years of guests using them as trampolines (not the most comfortable beds to sleep on). The motel could use some upgrades and a good deep cleaning. A few new amenities and repairs would be great.

Property and staff were great! Comfortable quiet and cozy. Loved the windows. I would recommend the cleaner use less solution smelled good but strong.

Great spot. Super quaint and a comfy bed. Staff was great and location was better. Good spot off the main street and would stay there again.

Hot tub was the only positive related to the property. Pretty obvious owner is not investing much in the upkeep of the property. Staff are friendly but their hands are tied. For the price, not a good value

Sad that the room was up a flight of stairs. The mattress had a deep sunken side, but oddly enough was comfortable for one person. The room was newly updated and very pleasant with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, full size oven, microwave, nice glass table top, 4 chairs, a tub/shower, great mirror lighting, and raised bathroom sink with fancy water spigot, and 2 plastic chairs and table on the balcony outside. It was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came each day and emptied trash, made beds (2) and replaced towels. No kitchen equipment or dishware or dish soap provided. I travel with mine, so no problem for me. Loved that the freezer compartment could keep ice cream to use for our 3 night stay.

Clean and basic, noisy on hwy, staff was nice.

Overall a decent value on a super busy weekend in Durango. Probably not our first choice but would stay again if needing that last minute budget option.
