Excellent place to stay and the Price is Right. Hot tub is more like a jacuzzi because it's not that hot. The only cleaning complaint I have is that they were bugs in my light in the bathroom.

It’s was a great place AC was good, free ice machine, the hot tub looked nice but we didn’t have time to go. Great trail head within a 2 minute walk! We will go back!

You can not beat the location or the price of this hotel. Stayed one night headed through Durango and when we returned I didn’t even have to think about it, went straight back to Adobe Inn.

Super easy to get to and check in. Parking right outside my room is a plus. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked well. For the price I don't expect anything more. Nice stay.

Bed was comfortable. In-room coffee, fridge and microwave was appreciated. Riverwalk path is right around the corner. Shampoo and body wash are NOT provided despite dispensers in showers. I had nothing to wash my hair with and front desk was no help. Guests are allowed to smoke right outside their room. Not only it is unpleasant to walk past, but smoke seeped into my room due to large gaps in door frame. Front desk did not care when I asked if anything can be done about it. Significant road noise also enters room from poor door seal.

Rooms are very large with balcony we had a double Queen room with only two towels when we ask for more we were told No.
